The temperature was as high outside as the vibes were on the show floor. Vendors were excited, and the buyers did not disappoint. The buyers lined up like festival goers waiting to see their favorite band. The CHAMPS team went all in this year with one of the best and fastest registrations on record. There was new signage, so it was easy to see where you had to go, and there were plenty of smiling faces to help when you got there. Walking through the front doors was a massive room with unique booths ready to fill America's Smoke Shops. Some of the industry's biggest hitters were right on that front line. Large booths were full of great people. We stopped in the RAW booth, said "high" to them then popped into Party Nuts for a visit. They always have a few candy bars stashed away for me when I need a sugar hit.

Another new front-line addition is our friends and regulars in the magazine BDD Wholesale, with an epic new Everywherebooth.westopped, they had samples of their products to send home with us: vapes, papers, Kratom, and everything you need for your store. I worked my way through the floor, often stopping to chat with some great companies and buyers. The show is so big I could fill the entire magazine with stories about each visit. So, I won't torture you that way. But I will say, if you missed the RYOT Booth, they were back with exciting new products for Ieveryone!seemto gravitate towards one booth lately… Maybe it's the inner child or inner foodie, but I adore stopping into the CAKE booth to see what they have brought.

Summer Vegas... CHAMPS SHOW MAGAZINE One of my next stops was to check in on the Zion Crew. Their new Kratomade Drink mix has been taking over the market. Those guys always have big smiles and happy greetings for Aftereveryone.my visit to the CHAMPS Arcade to see the Glass RC Cars, I wandered over to the Drip Drop booth to check in and see how they were doing. They were so busy I barely got a chance to say hi! The show was busy every where you went. From the front of the show to the back, buyers were buying from the greatest vendors on earth. After visiting all those great companies, it was time to hit the Glass Games for some art and fun. Games summer event

Tuesday evening, The Women of CHAMPS had their first networking event at Planet 13. From what I could tell, it was a massive success, with many women walking away with goody bags full of schwag. It was a nice evening of cannabis enthusiasts meeting for a like cause and Thatnetworking.Same evening, Omnia Nightclub had one hell of an Industry Night setup for the CHAMPS Crowd. 10 Sponsors joined CHAMPS Tradeshows, and the Big Three to host DJ Loud Luxury, who treated the crowd to awesome tunes all night. The vibe was excellent. The people danced into the night. This was the place to be if EDM and wild, exciting nightlife was your thing.

The Glass Games team told me all about the destruction part of the Smash Off since I only saw one contestant. They said the drivers did their best to make the most incredible crashes ever. It really drew a crowd. The decision between 1st and 2nd was very close, I am told. CHAMPS is not just a show to fill your store with gadgets and gizmos. It's an experience. We invite you to continue the experi ence or join the carnival at our following two shows in Denver, Colorado, September 27-28th and the newest Location, Daytona Beach, Florida, November 1-3rd. Denver will feature the Goblet Grab as a buyer and vendor favor ite where $200 gives you a chance to take home the winning goblet.
80 CHAMPS SHOW MAGAZINE Summer Vegas... blocks to the North, you will find the Seabreeze Entertainment district; one block to the South, you will find the Main Street Daytona BothDistrict.areas are littered with fun and historic locations to eat and entertain. Not only did CHAMPS line up a great new venue, but a fantastic Hilton Hotel located right across the street and on the ocean. Almost all of the rooms have an ocean view! NO Resort fees!! It is an easy 100-yard walk from the show to your room. We took a visit to scope it out in advance. The Hilton management has a hotel worthy of bragging about and two great food options, including my favorite Hyde Park Steak House. Easily one of the best Steaks on Daytona Beach. Additionally, there is a verified rumor that The Hotel Pool will be host to an Epic Halloween party on setup night, October 31st. If you are old enough, you might recognize the Pool area from the MTV Spring Break Days, as they hosted the festivities for years!

CHAMPS Goes to Daytona Beach...
100 Daytona is a town steeped in the history of outlaw culture. One of the biggest successes in going from outlaw to mainstream is NASCAR. Outlaw moonshiners gave birth to a national sport on the hard-packed sand of Daytona Beach. You can still visit the same hotel it all started. The Streamliner is still open and has one of the best rooftop bars. You can bask in all the history while drinking the evening away atop possibly, the most famous place in NASCAR History. Not only that, the Daytona Beach Locals welcome over 100,000 Motorcycle enthusiasts for weeklong celebrations twice a year. This town is definitely used to our kind of people. Let’s get right to the show! We have two show floors for this one. CHAMPS Trade Show will be in the main Exhibit Hall, and CHAMPS Glass Games Glass Bash will be in the Arena across the Hall. The Glass Games Crew got early permission to bring Live Glassblowing to Florida! So, they are going all out. This event looks to be the biggest gathering of Glass Artists on the east coast. This show will not be your typical Glass Games Event. It will not feature straight-up competitions for people to win huge prizes. Instead, this will be an all-new networking and learning experience.
