03 SIDDHARTH HOUSE
Jagityala, Telangana India
The concept development stage for this villa design in Jagithyal, Telangana, involves several key steps to ensure a cohesive blend of modern and traditional elements. Initially, a thorough site analysis is conducted to understand the local climate, topography, and cultural context. This informs the selection of materials, such as terracotta tiles, natural stone, and wood, which are chosen for their sustainability and local availability.
Next, the design team creates preliminary sketches and 3D models to visualize the integration of modern architectural lines with traditional Indian aesthetics. This includes the strategic placement of large glass windows to enhance natural light and ventilation, and the incorporation of intricate wooden railings on balconies to reflect local craftsmanship.
Feedback from stakeholders, including the clients and local artisans, is then gathered to refine the design. This collaborative approach ensures that the final concept not only meets the aesthetic and functional requirements but also resonates with the cultural heritage of the region. The result is a villa that offers a unique living experience, combining the elegance of modern design with the warmth and richness of Indian architecture.
