In phase 2, highlighted lots are the targeted lot of deregulation for development adjacent to the park from phase 2 and colors indicates usages _ farmer's market development near the bus and the subway station junture, possible expantion of the market to the community plaza Chanju Park | Portfolio 2018

In phase 3, the development expands to further blocks of community commercial blocks -privatizing the current bus garage with development rights of the block to improve the transportation infrastrcture through private development -further green space development
