new business potential
The business was initially focused on Merchant Acquiring and Solutions sales. Most of the business contribution was from prepaid reload sales. The Prepaid and Solutions sales contributed about 80% and 20%, respectively. Client base consisted of mainly small merchants and retailers.
• Approved by Bank Negara Malaysia (Malaysia Central Bank) to conduct remittance business in Malaysia. The market potential for remittance business in Malaysia in value at approximately RM18.0 billion yearly. • Signed agreement with Finnet of Indonesia for Indonesia remittance business.
2007-2008 The business expanded to include corporate clients like Petronas,sefasw RHB Bank, CIMB Bank, EON Bank, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Nasional, Citibank, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank and AmBank. Awarded the 3rd Party Acquirer by MEPS to accept debit card payments in 2008. Awarded Solutions sales by TMI Cambodia (subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia) in 2008. The Solutions to be rolled out in Cambodia in the first quarter of 2009. Awarded and completed SMS banking project by Bank Simpanan Nasional in 2008.
• Finalizing agreement with Globe (GCASH) of the Philippines for Philippines remittance business (technical integration underway). • Awarded e-Payment infrastructure project by the Perlis State Government of Malaysia (valued at RM7.0 million).

The Group’s payment services allow its clients to process online payments transactions (i.e. credit card and saving/current account) using its own secure online payment page. Enabling multi-payment capabilities to the client’s website, website is done via simple information posting by linking to the Group’s payment page and only requires basic programming knowledge.
