introduction MobilityOne Limited is listed on AIM of the London Stock Exchange since July 2007 and is the holding company of group of companies based in Malaysia and Indonesia, namely MobilityOne Sdn Bhd, Netoss Sdn Bhd, Pay Station Sdn Bhd and PT MobilityOne Indonesia ("Group") in the business of providing e-commerce infrastructure payment solutions and platforms through their proprietary MoCS™ and ABOSSE™ technology solutions. MobilityOne Sdn Bhd was awarded the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status by Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDeC) in Malaysia in April 2005 and is entitled to tax free incentives for up to ten years in Malaysia. The Group has developed an end-to-end e-commerce solution which connects various service providers across several industries such as banking, telecommunication and transportation through multiple distribution devices such as EDC terminals, SMS, TMs, and Internet banking. The Group’s technology platform is flexible, scalable and has been designed to facilitate cash, debit card and credit card transactions (according to the device) from multiple devices while controlling and monitoring the distribution of different products and services.

business milestones 2009 ONWARDS 2004-2007

new business potential

 The business was initially focused on Merchant Acquiring and Solutions sales.  Most of the business contribution was from prepaid reload sales. The Prepaid and Solutions sales contributed about 80% and 20%, respectively.  Client base consisted of mainly small merchants and retailers.

• Approved by Bank Negara Malaysia (Malaysia Central Bank) to conduct remittance business in Malaysia. The market potential for remittance business in Malaysia in value at approximately RM18.0 billion yearly. • Signed agreement with Finnet of Indonesia for Indonesia remittance business.

2007-2008  The business expanded to include corporate clients like Petronas,sefasw RHB Bank, CIMB Bank, EON Bank, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan Nasional, Citibank, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank and AmBank.  Awarded the 3rd Party Acquirer by MEPS to accept debit card payments in 2008.  Awarded Solutions sales by TMI Cambodia (subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia) in 2008.  The Solutions to be rolled out in Cambodia in the first quarter of 2009.  Awarded and completed SMS banking project by Bank Simpanan Nasional in 2008.

• Finalizing agreement with Globe (GCASH) of the Philippines for Philippines remittance business (technical integration underway). • Awarded e-Payment infrastructure project by the Perlis State Government of Malaysia (valued at RM7.0 million).

The Group’s payment services allow its clients to process online payments transactions (i.e. credit card and saving/current account) using its own secure online payment page. Enabling multi-payment capabilities to the client’s website, website is done via simple information posting by linking to the Group’s payment page and only requires basic programming knowledge. Alternatively, the Group also allows processing of online payments via server side interaction in the background. With this method, the client does not get the uneasy feeling of being redirected to an external payment page for payment authorization and offers a seamless internet transaction flow.
