The project gives some steps to achieve the goals of the project: -Develop and present workshops and dynamic lessons about different types of Arts to the children, youth and adults in NGOs. In case the intern has a specific artistic talent, be prepared to give workshop related to it, but also to present and create workshops using all different types of artistic language (music, painting, cinema, dance, etc). -Plan, promote and conduct Art Events during the last week of the Project to engage the people of the NGOs and also to present the results of what was taught during the Gira Mundo Arts Project. -Write a weekly journal during the internship. Write a booklet with ideas, methods and examples of workshops and information on how to use Arts as tool to create positive impact.

The project is being implemented in three simple steps that facilitate the teaching of another language and help you to implement your cultural knowledge in each dynamics applied:

Step 1 -Easy Communication: Basic process of understanding the expressions through learning speech. At this stage it is time to internalize the usual vocabulary and expressions immediacy. Step 2 -Learning by doing: Implement learning in global issues. Make them learn the language while developing dynamic and contextualized work. This is the longest stage of the project, because through the playful will put the real learning. Step 3-InterAction: This is the stage that you become a mediator of knowledge, more effective dialogue, breaking and entering fears learning challenges so that they understand the importance of interacting for learning the language.

The project gives three steps to achieve the goals with management and marketing site:

Step 1 - Analysis: Understand the situation of NGOs. Evaluate all the critical points of NGOs through tools and techniques that help to unravel which the roots and possible local solutions, as well as evaluating the communication plan for external checking the regional situation and closing the week with the next steps for implementation; Step 2: Implementation Arrange the operational plan that will be inserted over the weeks and invest in each goal with commitment and always thinking about your role as a change agent that location. The weeks of implementation should have clear measurable for each challenge is implemented safely. Develop short to long term activities for the following points: Human Resources, Financial and Communicative Step 3: Consolidation: To ensure the long-term effectiveness: Making the tools and general techniques inserted throughout the project are easily accessible and passed on to the head of the NGO, enabling him to use.

If you are interested in making a difference by being part of the Talk Project, there are some things you must be aware about the job: 1) As an intern you will facilitate speaking groups in English and/or Spanish and/or French about global and controversial issues in order to provide professional and personal development to your students as well as to improve their speaking ability. 2) Since you will be working on an university environment, you will have the opportunity not only to teach a foreign language but also to share experiences. It is very important that you prepare yourself for the classes by developing and generating interesting material to use during your classes. It is up to you to decide what can support and minister the discussions (books, news, activities, magazines, videos, etc.), making your class as interesting as possible. 3) By the end of the project, you will be responsible for coaching the students who want to present a talk at the closing event. The closing event will be like a "TED Talk" in which the Talk students will make a presentation regarding a controversial topic to show what they have learned and how they improved their ability to speak in a foreign language.

And if so, is part of its activities in the project:

1- Prepare and develop the 6-week period the specific material for each of the stages of t he project and presented elements focused on excellence of the project; 2- Provide support to the local administrator, prioritizing the proper development of the operational plan; 3 - Participate in the IPSO before arrival to Brazil, IPS in the first week and specific train ing throughout the project, as well as official events of AIESEC. 4 - Participate in weekly meetings of project planning, recording the Activities Performed; 5 - Act with commitment, ethical and pro-activity in all actions performed. 6- Participate of the activities planned by the LC and/ or the NGO during the internship
