AĂŠlia loves to write screenplays and create movies at home. She also has a passion for Charleen earley photography. She is AdvisEr & Teacher currently writing a screenplay in her free time. This is her first Charleen is a 21-year magazine. freelance writer for Bay Area newspapers and magazines, a college journalism professor at Foothill College in Los Altos and Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, as well as a magazine publisher of Colorful Living Magazine. When she's not grading papers or writing articles, she's reading or working on her next book.

Carly is an avid reader and writer who was raised in Danville. She enjoys creating films, bingewatching TV shows, and hanging out with friends. This is her first year at College 4 Kids and her first magazine.

Lemon tarts recipe By AÊlia
INGREDIENTS FOR CRUST - 2 egg yolks -1/3 cup of sugar -pinch of salt -1 stick of melted butter
INGREDIENTS FOR LEMON FILLING - 1 cup fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon lemon zest -1/2 cup unsalted butter - 6 eggs -1 cup granulated sugar
Preheat the oven to 420 degrees Whisk the lemon juice, grated zest and melted butter in a bowl. Add the sugar and the eggs. Mix well.
Slightly mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the salt, butter and flour. Your result should be a crumbly dough, the trick to this is when mixing by hand or by whisk, do not mix it for to long.
Add your lemon filling to the slightly baked crust. Put it back in the oven until the edges become golden brown.
Place your crust in a cake pan and put it in the oven for 2 minuits.
