Trending Stores & Restaurants

Do you ever have those days where you're fighting with your parents and siblings about where you want to order dinner from, but you can't decide on the food or the place.

Or when you're out with your friend downtown, and you are ready to shop and you know what your looking for, but what shops are currently trending? Where do you get a certain look, feel, for your clothes? Help me, help you, help your trending aesthetic!

First, we start with fashion. If you're going for an aesthetic, light and surfboard babe, but girly look, you could definitely pull off Tilly's, the teen clothing store. But beware, it can also lead you into a checkered, old school 1980s- 2000 devilish look. There's downsides as well.

Tilly's could be a very cute, good looking, brand. But it also might be a little more on the edge of maturity for some people, and a little more developed for others. All-in-all, it's an amazing brand, and I hope you dive deep into Tilly's style.

Another great company to shop from is, Hot Topic. If your looking for an anime, Monga, grunge core look, Hot Topic's the shop. Lots of people comment that it's a more emo, darker aesthetic, cosplays store.

You'll find a lot more mushrooms jewelry than checkered head scarfs, and a lot more cosplay dresses than patterned skirts. Some people may say it's too cosplay, and not something that a person should wear to school. Are you bound for a dress cut? People who are in love with this style may beg to differ. They may say it's a way to express themselves, to show their true colors. I hope you can find your new love at Hot Topic.

Everyone loves food. It's pretty natural, because, every human eats it. But the funny thing is, it's also a very common thing people can connect and create relationships over.

And there's no better place to connect over food than the Lazy Dog restaurant in Concord. It's a more bar-food like restaurant, but it's still delicious and none the less classy for that matter.

The inside is set up with cute red booths and high bar tables.

With a clear view of the kitchen, and an adorable wall of dog pictures, their relatable motto of the restaurant is, "Sit. Stay. Eat. Play. "

There is also a huge fireplace in the outdoor patio and even a dog menu for your dog when you bring them!

The second restaurant is Nepenthe, located in Big Sur. With a stunning view of the sea, overlooking the cliffed landscape, is a cultural food restaurant dedicated to all, with a beautiful oak wood interior, hitting the evening sun just right, is a majestic restaurant of beauty and wonder.

Tasty and all, I hope you enjoy my important recommendations in future decisions of food criteria and fashion of choice.
