Position Statement: I want to work for someone with the same positive ethos as me. At some point, I want to work in editorial design, coming up with creative solutions to comunication with body text.
I want to have a close relationship with printers and paper stockists to gain as much knowledge as possible on the process of design & product.
I am interested in Type; branding; editorial and design for print as disciplines. I don’t want to be involved with purely illustrative work. I want to work as a collective in a studio.
I want to work for smaller clients in the cultural sector.
Eventually, I want to set up my own studio with people I know work well as a creative collective. I am an openminded designer.
I am concept driven, and use this to create designs that not only look good, but communicate my message in an innovative way.

I thought it all went very wrong: Dissertation research. Directed design practice. Experience forced me to grow up. Met interesting people that want to utilise my design skills. There is a world outside of the studio.
