03 Hybrid Transit ¡ Business Incubator Hub Starting up a business requires a lot of steps to build a strong ground. Taking advantage of the transit system strength in controlling the overcrowded city center while maintaining the proximity and availability of access, functions has been dictated in the notion of the distance to the transit system. Carrying the function of an incubator nonetheless, this incubator implements elements of Urban Argriculture to develop a financially self-sustainable incubator.
