03 Hybrid Transit ¡ Business Incubator Hub Starting up a business requires a lot of steps to build a strong ground. Taking advantage of the transit system strength in controlling the overcrowded city center while maintaining the proximity and availability of access, functions has been dictated in the notion of the distance to the transit system. Carrying the function of an incubator nonetheless, this incubator implements elements of Urban Argriculture to develop a financially self-sustainable incubator. Therefore, in a long-run system the green knowledge economy of surrounding communities can be improved.

1. Potential main entry points due to the availability of existing drop-off points and proximity of parking spaces.

1. The site playing a role like a transition point for people.

2. Transit System ( LRT, Bus, Taxi, Car) - exchange point

2. The site don’t have a potential pit stop and gathering points for people interactive or chilling.

3. Site is situated closely to transit system - Putra Height which create a large influx of people into the site. 4. Around the site there have lots of residential, the site is capable to draw in more public users. 5. Less congested 6. Thriving Hub nearby – ‘old neighborhood’ 7. Weekend market keep a cultural for the site

OPPORTUNITY

1. The various types of business attract more younger to working here. 2. Market culture will be passing to next generation 3. Well-development for office and residentials

3. There's no dense vegetation at the proposed site creates cool outdoor environment and provides adequate shade for users accessing the proposed building. 4. Heavy air and noise pollution from parking area as the road serves as primary access. 5. Site have no provide a refuse chamber. People are throwing under the tree or at corner.

3 main nodes are identified after analyze and studying the site in Putra Height. The gradients of colour is presenting the type flowing of the people also Main spaces are carved out according to the initial site axis with consideration of connectivity and integration of one space to another.

Sponge: To craved out place for the interconnecting point 3 node angle 1. LRT putra Hight : the density of people who are student, businessman, visitor , etc. 2. Commercial area: most of the office workers over there and they are just passby the transition point to their working area 3. Residential angle: Along the road to residential area, the left and right included education, lifestyle, leisure.
