Builth & Llandrindod Weekly News Letter Welcome to the 6th Issue! Another week in lockdown and not knowing what day of the week it is seems to be pretty familiar to us all now. I’ve got a routine with my children as my partner is still working, I find this helps keep them focused. It’s difficult times for the children and they are copying so well with all the changes. The home schooling is still a challenge with my oldest but I suppose we’re all in the same boat. Trying to make activities fun and encouraging them to be creative is what I enjoy most. I use to love printing at college so have invested in some printing material which I’m hoping the children will enjoy doing as well. Mental Health is so important right now. I have suffered with this myself, so keeping the mind busy and not over thinking is key. Puzzles, reading, exercise, art and crafts are a great way to help! So, in this issue I’ve put together some ideas to help if you’re struggling with lockdown. Turn to page 4 to find out more. Finally stay safe and stay positive. Charlotte Lloyd. Editor and Creator.
