A host dedicated to assist you and your company during the fair. A breakfast at the opening of the fair in the Chalmers student union restaurant. Breakfast the second day is to be served in our lounges. The opening breakfast needs to be booked in advance. Other services such as receptions, lounges and cloakrooms. Generic fair evaluation.

CHARMarena CHARMarena is a great opportunity to inspire students and present Your Company through a lecture. You can do it by presenting Your personal experiences, show different projects that Your Company is involved in or present different career paths within the company. Through CHARMarena You also have the opportunity to approach students from specific programs or different years. CHARMselect
CHARMselect offers the wonderful opportunity to meet students in a more relaxed environment. This is to get a more personal contact with the students and the opportunity to build a relationship with future engineers. The students apply beforehand and You select from these applications. However, You also have the possibility to invite students during the fair. In total ten students per company. The event includes a buffet, a welcome drink and one beer/wine or non-alcoholic options, per person. We guarantee Your company five tickets and depending on availability You may be able to purchase more tickets. You will also be able to promote Your company at the event. Date: 8/2 Time: After closing the second day of the fair Price: SEK 7,500
CHARMinterviews If You want the opportunity to talk with students more on a one to one basis during the fair and away from Your booth we recommend CHARMinterviews. The interviews are up to 45 minutes long with a 15 minute break. This is a possibility to meet and establish contact with students of Your choice.
