For those relocating to the area, it’s a matter of starting their new life in the Lowcountry. “Relocation is different than just moving,” she says. “I understand the process and the journey.” It’s a unique perspective she gained as an army wife. Her husband’s transfer to Savannah’s Hunter Army Airfield first brought them here, and they immediately fell in love with the Lowcountry. Since then, they have raised two daughters and welcomed more family members who have made the move. Along with being an expert in relocation, Courtney has built an extensive career in the real estate industry following her graduation from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in real estate and land use. Prior to joining Charter One, she worked in commercial real estate development for CVS, at Arthur Rutenberg Homes in Nashville, and as online sales director locally for Hampton Lake.
