PRICES Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices published at the time of order will be honored if prices change. All prices are F.O.B. Salt Lake City, UT. Freight costs will be added accordingly. ORDERS There is a $1,000 minimum opening order per season. PAYMENT TERMS All orders are COD unless credit has been established with Chase54 prior to shipping. Credit terms are NET 30. A service charge of 2% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices. Deductions from payment for any reason will not be allowed unless a credit memo is issued. RETURNS Returns for any reason will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return of product due to manufacturer defects or unauthorized substitutions will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Authorized returns for non-damaged merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any merchandise not returned within 14 days of the date of the RA will NOT be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. CANCELLATIONS All orders are considered valid and cannot be cancelled unless a written request is submitted to Chase54 no less than 45 days before the start date. Phone requests for cancellations will not be honored. SHORTAGES, ERRORS and DAMAGES Inspect all merchandise carefully. Shortages, errors and damages must be reported in writing to Chase54 within 7 days of receipt of goods. Damages MUST be a manufacturer’s defect to be eligible for a return.

Feelings about color can be deeply personal, but each color has universally been associated with a mood. Four of these have inspired our Spring 2014 Men’s Collections.

PRICES Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices published at the time of order will be honored if prices change. All prices are F.O.B. Salt Lake City, UT. Freight costs will be added accordingly. ORDERS There is a $1,000 minimum opening order per season. PAYMENT TERMS All orders are COD unless credit has been established with Chase54 prior to shipping. Credit terms are NET 30. A service charge of 2% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices. Deductions from payment for any reason will not be allowed unless a credit memo is issued. RETURNS Returns for any reason will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return of product due to manufacturer defects or unauthorized substitutions will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Authorized returns for non-damaged merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any merchandise not returned within 14 days of the date of the RA will NOT be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. CANCELLATIONS All orders are considered valid and cannot be cancelled unless a written request is submitted to Chase54 no less than 45 days before the start date. Phone requests for cancellations will not be honored. SHORTAGES, ERRORS and DAMAGES Inspect all merchandise carefully. Shortages, errors and damages must be reported in writing to Chase54 within 7 days of receipt of goods. Damages MUST be a manufacturer’s defect to be eligible for a return.
