Introduction The Youth to Business Forum is an initiative powered by AIESEC driven by a global need for businesses and youth to communicate on major issues and generate ideas for future actions. The platform enables youth to voice their opinions and allows them to be validated and strengthened with inputs from experienced business leaders through our one-day event. This event is a Vietnamese 6th edition of more than 160 global, regional, national and local forums that are happening every year across 124 countries and territories.

“The Leader in Me�
In next decades, youth will become a new generation of leaders who are the pillar of Vietnam. However, a large number of Vietnamese youth lack selfawareness, they may hardly develop and maximize their competitive advantages to create more values for themselves and society. Unleashing The Leadership in youth is of the essence. The Vietnamese 6th edition of Youth to Business Forum aims to bring insights into entrepreneurial behaviors, global and innovative mindsets that could help create a true leader in each student. The Forum will generate discussion regarding why self leadership is important and how Vietnamese youth can activate their potential to become innovative professionals, business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future.

Topics Entrepreneurial Leadership The topic creates space for students and business to discuss how to see ‘problems’ as ‘opportunities’ and promote “Can do” attitude to build- up entrepreneurial mindset for a generation of future leaders
Career Development in Global Era By being issued with business insights and realistic expectations, youth is equipped with global mindset and competencies required to work effectively in a global environment.
Youth-led Social Innovation The topic creates a platform where social business innovations are shared to foster innovation mindset of Vietnamese youth with the aim of switching ideas into actions and connecting business to the needs of society.
