KPMG LAKEHOUSE:

The social venue building is an adjacent building to the main campus that serves as the amenity space for smaller, more intimate events along the water’s edge.

Where expansive glass storefront doesn’t provide views back to the campus across the pond, blue hues of glazed brick line the exterior to mirror the reflections from the water.

project experience in construction documentation as well as assisting the project manager with various local zoning requirements, resolving various design options with the design director, and developing exterior and interior elevations and renderings (pictured above).

SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

The Mow House is a residential renovation of a defunct guardsman’s quarters at the entry gate of a larger estate. The original structure was a 40’ x 40’ steel framed stucco box situated atop a dramatic parcel that overlooks the salt lake valley nestled between the wasatch and oquirrh mountains.

The new owners’ goal was to maximize the southern views while showcasing the existing steel structure and adding a new split, ground level for a comfortable and private owner’s suite.

Project experience included serving as the project designer and project manager through the project lifetime.
