Tips and Advice

ON THE COVER

Tip 1:

When it comes to dressing stylishly, organizing and editing your closet is essential. After all, how can you create a great outfit if you can’t even see what you own? Anything more than 6 months old that still has tags on it was a mistake. It doesn’t excite you and/or it doesn’t work with your other pieces. We live and learn. Assess what doesn’t work, and let it go. Then, organize the remaining items neatly into categories. Hang what should be hung and fold the rest. After doing so, your closet will feel much more inspiring, and you’ll nix those “nothing to wear” moments.

Tip 2:

For most of us, a successful look comes from striking the right balance. As such, it’s important to plan outfits where the top and bottom complement each other. Also investing in designs that work for

18 UPLOADER MAGAZINE

your body shape is essential. If you’re not sure what clothes work best for you, have a look at the most flattering items you already own. If that maxi dress and High Heel Sandals ( Heels give you confidence and also help you to emphasize the look that you are trying to pull off with some extra inches. To own few heels like wedges, stilettos, box heels, etc can be a great idea!!) are working for you, you should shop for other pieces with the same silhouette. Then, have fun experimenting with different fabrics, colors, and embellishments while maintaining the confidence of knowing that you already look fantastic.

Tip 3: Keep it simple. The most important fashion tip for girls is not to overuse the look and stick to minimal yet fashionable apparel. Layers don’t make you stylish, neither does an infusion of jewelry and makeup. So, if you keep it simple then you would definitely feel many eyes goggling at you all the time!

S lucky.

Fashion and beauty blogger Caitlin from ‘A Slice of Cait’ talks adapting to fashion, and shares her fashion shopping tips

ometimes my visiting hours vary when it comes to shopping for clothes, but sadly they do not match Google’s data of how long other consumers spend there. It’s never 45 minutes, instead it’s usually a 5 minute browse if I’m

Standing at 3’8”, I was born with a form of dwarfism, specifically achondroplasia meaning I have an average height torso but shortened and unpropinate limbs. A fun gift to be given in all honesty even when shopping, i.e. for shoes the children’s section is the go to. However, it comes with the perk of being significantly cheaper! I’m enforced to adapt and to be more considerate in regards to proportions and even the textiles of the item.

36 UPLOADER MAGAZINE

Jeans are now a huge no no whilst dresses just about fit me after refusing to wear them for 11 consecutive years. Also, petite sections are far and few between, fluctuating in their popularity. H&M was my go to in the beginning but now it’s once diverse range seems to be non-existent. So who is that really caters for those who do not fit in the realms of usual fashion boundaries? Henceforth I created ‘A Slice of Cait’, a platform for individuals alike in order to find petite clothing comfortably without trawling each and every aisle for hours on end. Moreover, to provide the tips too...the ones I never had. Growing up in an adaptive environment I am forever learning along the way so here are a plethora I have accumulated thus far alongside shops too.

FEATURE TROUSERS In all honesty the last time I wore jeans frequently was 11years ago, they were my favourite pair at the time and the last outing was my year 4 school disco. They were grey but had a tie dye effect. Yes, 2009 was my peak year of defining the term of fashionable! However after this, puberty set in and I no longer could get away with jeans from the children’s section as my hips began to fill out… making features even more unproportionate. Problem: the waists are too narrow but in regards to the legs... there is at least another pair within them. Therefore, when it comes to altering I’m wasting at least a quarter of the 200,000 litres of water used to make them. When in alteration at least 15 centimetres is needed to be cut off! Being as ecological as I can it’s a huge no no. Solution: to save the time and hassle of a) trying them on and b) adjusting them, buy floaty trousers instead. This saved my fashion life in 2018 when I bought a pair in River Island on a whim! Not only is the fabric easier to shear your way through but the waist is usually elasticated accommodating any width. They also make a toilet trip a breeze with no buttons or clasps! Recommend shops for trousers: River Island Zara George at Asda TOPS Nobody wants a graphic tee with two kittens hugging anymore unless it’s Picasso-esque with continuous lines. Neither do I, especially not one with diamontes on the surrounding said kittens from the kids section of my supermarket. The top still haunts me, especially the mauve toned background but getting to fluctuate nowadays has its perks! The Children’s section has the most accommodating jumpers whilst the adult tops for like a glove if I go for the ¾ length pieces. Problem: having so many options is fabulous but trying to envision some cuts is a nightmare. I have a 28E chest if I’m going to be open and an average sized torso but short arms. My arms are possibly 30-32 centimetres long, on the other hand I’ll get back to that. As a result long sleeves, deep/low cut tops are avoided as well as chunky knits from the adult section. Solution: ¾ sleeves for jumpers or crop tops are your best friend for life! Especially in the petite section (or regular section in H&M or Miss Selfridge). Less fabric and there’s a lessened need to go out in 3-5 layers. Once I discovered ¾ sleeves, my jumper collection and

now the bank statement is too significant. In contrast, crop tops cover my chest to an extent but allow me to show off my figure without wades of fabric hiding it. I never have to layer up anymore if I’m braving a winter or cover up if I’m joining the gals for drinks. Recommend shops for jumpers & tops: New Look kids Topshop Petite Zara Reverse Pull & Bear petite Urban Outfitters SHOES As much as I love an independent brand or charity shops…when it comes to shoes I sadly have to erase this. Specialist shoe shops in the southwest are few and far between and charity shops tend to be a maze for shoes adorned with flowers and flashing lights. I say that but we all want flashing lights dancing around on every step! It’s also a majority of my average height followers with petite feet that ask where I get my shoes from. Therefore I rely on catered shoe brands such as Dr Martens and converse or Zara for a lucky find as they are convenient. Problem: firstly, I am size 13 in the junior section. A plethora of little people or petite people are - we are lucky if we end up in a size 1-3. I additionally have a high instep so they need to be very, very roomy! Finding such needs in a generic shoe section can prove difficult as children’s shoes are designed for developing feet and can be complicated in design. Solution: go for a popular shoe brand. This is because of the fact that they will keep the same design or a set of designs across a range of sizes. So if you need to jump from a 13 to a 1 or 2 you do not have to sacrifice the design you’ve adored in the window! For example, Dr Marten. With the high instep, I admittedly struggle with some designs. However, my junior 1461’s are the love of my life as they give me height and are so supportive with assisting in dismissing the pain when walking or standing for a prolonged amount of time. Zara is wonderful too as yes, they will mostly be from the children’s section but the designs are mature and you will not break the bank either! Recommend shops for shoes Pretty Small Shoes (online) Dr Marten River Island Nike Zara UPLOADER MAGAZINE 39

DRESSES “That fabric is far too tight, this fabric will just give my dignity away in the wind whilst the fabric I’m holding against me now is far too long”…oh Goldilocks I do not envy you and your story. Trying to find a dress that is a reasonable price and fit for flexibility, dignity and the occasion is a CHALLENGE. I got my prom dress for £30 in a ’Lipsy London’ sale a year before the actual event but that was purely down to luck when I spent years worrying about it. Problem: wanting a little black dress is everybody’s life long dream but finding the correct fabric to fit around varying figures is like finding a needle in a haystack. For the last three years in which I have enjoyed wearing a dress, they have been ankle-length to save the embarrassment of losing a small percentage of dignity in the windy city I call home or to save the dress from riding up. Being ankle length means I have to cover up for the sake of ease when I could have the dress of my own vision. Solution: the petite section of any store available. They tend to do the cutest cocktail dresses with fabrics that are adaptable and simple to make adjustments too. In contrast to this you can find a longer top for an LBD with a flowy fabric to get the look you desire. Especially an off the shoulder top with a long hem or an oversized tee with a belt! Shops for dresses: Lipsy London Wallis Reversed Kids Urban Outfitters petite Topshop

These are top tips based on my experience over the last 3-5 years of exploring my unique style. There has been many beautiful finds and a plethora of disappointing items. However, every individual experience vary. Also follow the petite style on Instagram too. It helped me personally over a couple of years and I hope this helps as well!

As the age of the pen disappears entirely, let’s hold on to one signature they can’t turn digital. Do you have a look? Are you becoming a fashion sheep? Stop trying to look like the latest Instagram sponsored post and become your own signature. Do I want to look like everyone else ... NO!! By Tom Edge Edited by Cheryl De Marco www.agenttedge.co.uk

“Signature looks“ an outfit that once people see you in it, they immediately identify it as ‘you’

W

hen I first started Agent Tedge I took a look on the streets of London, Birmingham generally on the street, I love how in 2020 the shock to me as a designer clad guy, was how men took hugely comfortable and practical clothes and wore them in interesting ways. That’s what style is really about, that was signature and somebodies own take on the David Beckhams of 2020. Firstly, there is a huge difference between fashion and style, with the ways they can be incorporated into the real world varying significantly. Secondly, no matter how much you want it to happen or how hard you try, you will never be able to resurrect Reebok Classics from the grave. I know, sad times. Thirdly, having a go-to look isn’t necessarily the big ‘no no’ you used to think it was. I spend time coordinating my look daily.. Men looking good is the go to nowadays and we all secretly spend time moisturising and our focus is the brows and the matching accessories. Come on guys brands are making more money on bags for men nowadays than women... We all own one (or two) now. Not only that, with the amount of clothing options available to guys these days, I can completely understand the urge to dip your toe in every style pool you can find. But there are a lot of positive things to be said for dipping your

foot in the old Primark and high street stores and get a bit thrifty. Nowadays £50 can buy you a stylish and worthy look for the nightclub. Your Signature Look A more accurate name for a uniform in the world of Instagram Personally, I find the major benefit of having a signature look is that it allows me more time to think about the parts of style that I enjoy most, such as textures, colours, patterns and shoes. What I don’t enjoy so much is spending ages trying to figure out what to wear in the morning. By investing in pieces that I know fit into my look (chinos/ seasonal fabrics trousers, shirt and waistcoat/jacket) I can be ready in a matter of minutes. Altho I am getting a bit generous here saying I personally can be ready in a few minutes, but my outfit can be. For others it could be that it means you remain stylish but understated or that you always show up as the best dressed. I feel best dressed when I am groomed well, fresh trim and nice box fresh crepes spotless and lastly expertly ironed clothes (I have to thank my mum & dad here !!) the branding on the clothes is irrelevant to me now. It’s all about the “Tedge look”. (continued on page 49)

FEATURE Coordinated outfit colours/texture Tedge Tip: “It’s much harder to dress well casually. Wearing a scarf or signature watch or bracelet is very quick to bring an outfit together.” Accessories such as a scarf or nice bracelet – I personally have a silver knife bound into a bracelet I wear which is always a talking point. Matching shoes colour and style – my go to is Nike trainers for casual or nice leather Chelsea Boots Although I have started to go back to the Vans lately. However, one of the key aspects to developing a signature look is experience. If you’re new to this game, you should go crazy. It’s pretty much the only time you’ll get to, especially if you’re in your twenties or younger (controversial I know). Spending time experimenting with new styles means that you get to understand what suits not just your body shape, but also your skin colour, hair and individuality.

“ Affordable is the New Fashion ” - Agent TedgeIt’s all about how long your clothes last. Extending the life of your wardrobe is good for the planet and your finances, unless you plan to wear a suit of armour for the rest of your life, there is no way to make your clothes last for ever. You can get close to for ever – if you are prepared to start sewing clothes together. As a society, though, we have become less prepared to make do and mend because the way the world perceives it. I was always throwing clothes out that I had worn a few times in the nightclubs and then everyone decided to go to a different brand as Instagram was posting all about the latest Givenchy or Valentino “drops” so Id hit the online and spend £300 on a T, Shirt I’d wear once or twice. SO nowadays I hit the high street and places like Primark, 5 white Tees last me a lifetime and some jeans all in under £100.00 styled up with either Vans or smart shoes. Suits is my new go to and I lost the love for them

when I left 6th form and discovered designer fashions but lately I have gone more into my suit fashions and my favourite piece is a Burtons blazer I got in the sale for £100.00 and so far I’ve made it go with almost all of my outfits even on photo shoots. “Tedge Tip: “When it comes to wearing shoes with a blazer, I think you need to be structured, and I personally go for a nice pair of black vans which are dark and indeed casual enough” The suit has gone through a lot in the last century. Once the go-to for men all over the world, from office workers, politicians and Mafioso to those just heading down the club on a Friday night, There is nothing wrong at all with a nice blazer, a pair of skinny jeans and a white tee add in a few accessories and you have nailed the perfect affordable look. Tedge Tip: “Burtons has the best offering of suits at very affordable prices at the moment. The fabrics are amazing.” (Grey Blazer in picture is from Burtons) Menswear pieces were born out of workwear. I say this here simply as my next piece is my all-time favourite the forgotten hoody. I wear my hoodies with my Burtons blazer and if you’re going to wear a hoodie with a suit or blazer, you’re channelling the high low look, instantly. That’s no reason not to give this high-low combination a whirl, though. A hoodie worn with a pair of smart trousers is your best bet. Again, it’s an easy way to avoid that teenager in an alleyway style look. Long gone are the days the hoody was seen just for teenagers doing dodgy deals in an alleyway, now the market is flooded with hoodies styled to you and even the vintage Ralph Lauren hoodies are coming back into fashion. Get thrifty here and hit the local charity shops, which is what I do and I have picked up a few hoodies that fit my physique nicely, and I pick colours that style perfectly with a pair of box fresh trainers and nice trousers. I myself go for skinny fit and short leg (but mainly as I’m short as hell), the humble hoodie offers: comfort, comfort and more comfort. So be creative and find one that suits you!! Get in a nice casual leather jacket or fitted blazer and make that your own signature look. In 2019 catwalks featured them and in 2020 there is even more bolting down the catwalk so the resurrection of them has happened and thankfully my favourite item is back trendy and stylish. Tedge Tip: “A fitted hoodie is a good way to make sure you look sharp rather than sloppy” UPLOADER MAGAZINE 49

ABOUT Agent Tedge is “Tom Edge” a blonde 20 year old branding ambassador/model from Wolverhampton with an obsession for baths and moisturiser. Don’t let the blonde locks fool anyone, this boy is clever, fashionable and savvy to boot. An accomplished teen footballer and clever enough that he wouldn’t be out of place on the set of the Big Bang Theory, with borderline OCD on passing any mirror or even a shop window without flexing at least an arm and the compulsory hair check. He specialises in affordable fashion and accessories. Tom can’t pick up a towel after a bath, and not too sure on the workings of a hoover, BUT has completed most games on PS4 (yes this is an achievement right). Tom is a normal lad with an unrivalled love for fashion and looking good. So is perfectly suited to the role of Agent Tedge (which he takes very seriously), with the mission of finding affordable fashion he can coordinate (yes its ALL about the coordination) into outfits. A mathematics genius, Tom knows how to work out his spending and making every penny count on buying clothes and accessories. A moisturising obsessed, colour coordinated roofer from Wolverhampton. From the Runway to the Real World By Tiffany Giannato Blog: thethrillofthehuntbytiffyg.com @tiffyg77

1. Two Piece Sets

The “matchy-matchy” look continues to remain on trend for Spring 2020. You will see more 1970s patterns and prints in two piece sets, as opposed to solid colors. You can wear each piece together or as separates which gives you more outfit options when paired up with other items in your closet. I am loving a two piece set with high-waisted pants.

About the Author...

Tiffany is a 40-something year old mom, special education teacher, stylist, blogger, petite model, columnist, Italian-American Bostonian who thrives in organized chaos. Tiffany believes that style is a way to allow your personality to shine through and she loves building confidence and self-esteem in women of all ages. follow Tiffany for the latest style looks and top trends.

The runways for Spring 2020 were amazing. The prints and colors were eye-catching and being a disco girl at heart I was thrilled seeing that 1970s looks are still here to stay. Now you may ask yourself: “How do I transfer what these models are wearing on the runway to the street and my everyday life?” Have no fear people!!!!! I am going to show you how with these fabulous five runway to real world looks.

Sparkle and shine covered the Spring 2020 runways and fashion shows. Designers are proving that sequins are not just for the holiday season or formal occasions any more. 3. Bell-Bottom Jeans

Yup….they are officially back. I like to refer to this type of denim as the “anti-skinny jean.” I am ecstatic, however, that bell-bottom jeans are the most popular denim style currently as the roomy fit on the lower body is extremely flattering on all body styles.

4. Leopard Print

STYLE & SASS

Animal prints are not going out of style yet‌..or ever. In fact, leopard prints are now known as the new neutral. I honestly believe that leopard, tiger, snakeskin, and cheetah prints will be forever chic. The prints look great on all skin tones and hair shades too. For Spring, choose leopard prints in a lighter material such as a satin dress.

5. Crop Tops

The crop top is literally everywhere you look‌.in long sleeves, short sleeves, tank style, or strapless. A crop top makes a bold, fashion statement and can be nerve wracking for many people to wear. However, no one should be nervous to wear a crop top. Even a plus sized woman can rock a crop top and look hot when she wears one with a high-waisted skirt or pair of wide leg pants. Crop tops draw the eyes upwards, which is a flattering spot on most women.

BEAUTY

DRY BRUSHING FOR THE FACE

How to, Benefits, and the Downsides By Debbie Savage Blog: tothineownstylebetrue.com @debbiessavage

Beauty Scope

Now that we are heading into spring, it is time to revisit how you take care of your face. Surprisingly, we won’t be talking about the latest skincare product, so let’s take a break from that for now. What we are going to talk about is a beauty practice that has healing roots stemming from ancient times, which you should consider adding into your skincare routine. Dry brushing is a technique where you gently exfoliate your skin using a special firm-bristled brush. Identical to body brushing, it eliminates dead skin cells in a soothing manner and is also ideal for people with sensitive skin. A mini body brush is used on the face after cleaning to exfoliate, rev up circulation, and reduce lymphatic drainage. You can expect areas of your face to depuff, and the method can even define the face as well. How to Dry Brush? Brush on an absolutely dry face, typically after you have cleansed and thoroughly dried it in the morning. The technique can also be incorporated into your evening skincare routine too. The important thing to remember is there should be no makeup on your skin when you dry brush. What Kind of Brush Should I Use? Choose a medium-soft bristle for your face brush, a boar-bristle brush is perfect. Make sure to never scratch your skin with the brush. Use a rounded head with bristles in a circular pattern. Use a dry brush for your face and not a cleansing brush. A dry brush will have gentler bristles. How Much Time Does It Take? Allow for at least three to five minutes to properly dry brush. It is a matter of preference and practice. Does Dry Brushing Reduce Wrinkles? Yes, it does have anti-aging effects. Dry brushing helps to lighten the dark area beneath the eyes. It also does a good job of minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Another benefit is it could help reverse sun and/or environmental damage.

Will It Cause My Skin to Redden? Don’t be alarmed if your skin looks flushed or red when dry brushing. When your skin turns red, this is a normal response. Your blood is coming to the surface of your skin. You are activating circulation.

decollete and move upward. Continue using the brush upward and outward until you have exfoliated your entire face. Remember to never dry brush your eye skin area. This skin near your eye is too delicate.

Who Should Not Dry Brush? Unfortunately, dry brushing isn’t ideal for all skin types. People who have rosacea, eczema, or psoriasis need to avoid dry brushing, as doing so could aggravate skin further. And remember, dry brushing can hurt anyone’s skin if overdone.

What Do I Apply Afterward? When your dry brushing is complete, apply your favorite face oil — and you are done! You can then follow up with your usual serums and moisturizer.

How Often Should I Dry Brush? 1-2 times per week for dry, normal, or aging skin 3-4 times for oilier skin

If you are new to dry brushing, definitely give this ayurvedic practice a try. I find that it is a therapeutic process of my skincare routine. There are so many benefits to gain from dry brushing your face. What I love most is that it is so easy, and you can do it yourself at home.

Autumn Skies

A trio made up of Nathaniel Sherman (vocalist), Peter PJ9K (guitarist), and Bryant Gifford (drummer). They didn’t know each other prior to starting the band, it was fate that brought them together By Nathaniel Sherman Edited by Cheryl De Marco @autumnskiesofficial

I (Nathaniel) grew up in Ohio singing and playing guitar in rock bands with my brother since I was a kid. My brother, Jared, is a drummer and introduced me to alternative rock when I was 9. It blew my mind and opened up a new world to me. He then convinced me to get a guitar. By the time I was 12 and he was 13 we started our first band. We began playing local shows in the country at friends birthday parties. As we got into our later teens we took it more seriously and were playing shows in all the major Ohio cities and neighboring midwest states. Eventually the distractions of life got in the way and we stopped playing. I moved to LA never thinking I would pursue music again. I took a modeling contract with Wilhelmina Models which brought me to the city of angels. I modeled full time for several years while also studying acting. I eventually moved into the rat race of hollywood, auditioning for film and television roles. While the pursuit of a dream is exciting and freeing, it also can be draining at times. The exhausting game of hollywood led me to pick up my guitar and start writing songs again. I then recorded a handful of demos simply as a creative outlet, never intending on doing anything with them. Soon after I recorded the demos, fate would have it that through some mutual musician acquaintances, Pete and I crossed paths. 68 UPLOADER MAGAZINE

Pete and I shared the same musical taste and vision, so we decided to start working together. Our sound as a band is hard to define, even though our sound is rooted in rock, we don’t stick to any barriers when we write. Whatever sound serves the song, we go with that, it could be anything from pop/dance to metal. The best song that defines our band though, is the first song we wrote and recorded and the reason why we started this band. The song is “Transmit”. We met because we all share the same passion and love for music. Transmit is a song about the love of music and how it is the universal language that connects everyone together. Furthermore, it’s a study on humanity. Music is the bridge from the ancient world to the modern technology driven world that we live in today, that will shape and carry us into the future. The main idea, and the main lyric of the song is “What we transmit will carry on.” What we do and say as people are the things that define us and the footprint we will leave once we are gone. The opening line in the song is “I’m floating through your radio, the only steady waves I know.” What I’m saying is, music is the only thing that makes sense to me and speaks to me in times when nothing else does. Once Pete and I started tracking the song we began looking for a drummer, that’s when we met Bryant. (continued on page 71)

FEATURE Once Bryant joined we started writing and recording our debut EP “Broken by Design” at PJ9K’s home studio in Marina Del Rey California. The EP title is from a line in our song “Water and Wine.” The chorus is, “Water only turns to wine when two worlds collide. Surrender, surrender, or never know. The skyline starts to sing a song that will always ring through time. Surrender, surrender, give up control. Water only turns to wine when we’re broken by design.” - We are all broken people. When we accept ourselves completely and accept our flaws, something broken and dull will become something complete and extraordinary. Usually what we think are our weaknesses are actually our strengths. It wasn’t till after the writing and recording process that we came up with our name. Our name comes from a song I wrote (an unreleased song) titled “Autumn Skies.” It’s a song about Autumn being the season of change. Whatever you are going through, good or bad, it is just a season that will pass. What is important is what you learn and how you grow from that season. As humans, we tend to live in seconds, moment to moment, rather than take a minute, take a breath and look at the bigger picture before making decisions or letting something affect us. The main lyrics in the song are, “It’s just a season, stop living in seconds and embrace the pain. Cause leaves are changing, the earth is shaking, autumn’s on its way.” The earth is shaking is a way of saying that something life changing is around the corner, coming along with the season of change. I’m a big believer in everything happening for a reason. As a band we thought that was a great message to put into the world, so we chose the name Autumn Skies. The main goal of our band is to get our message to as many people as possible. We live in a world with a lot of evil and hate. We believe music can change and shape lives, because that’s what it has done for each of us in the band. We want to bring hope to the hopeless. We want everyone to connect to our music whether it’s a lyric, a melody, a beat, etc. As we said before, music is the one thing in life that connects us all together, we make it because it’s what we love and we want other people to get that same inspiration that we get when writing it, when they listen to it. Our Debut EP was released just a few months ago, in December 2019. We are wrapping up recording our second EP now. The first single and title track, “House of Bones” is coming out March 21st. To keep up with us, new music, shows, merch, etc, people can follow us on spotify, youtube, or our instagram handle is @ autumnskiesofficial. (continued on page 72)

Ask Becca

LAW OF ATTRACTION

Your Questions Answered By Rebecca Schuster lovebecca.com @lovebecca26

Q. Why am I manifesting things I don’t want? By Jennifer B. A. I get this question a lot so I am happy to answer it. The first thing you need to do is ask yourself if it’s worth your time and energy to find out. The reason I ask this is that so many times we get stuck on the why. Why did this happen to me or why did it not happen the way I wanted it to? Fretting on the why can take you down a rabbit hole and you do not want to do that so you have two choices.

Frank J. Gallio @ Cherry Blossom Photo

The first choice is to completely forget about it and move on. How do you do that? By thinking about the next thing you want to create in your life. You need to focus on the next and not the why. You are letting it go and moving on by getting back in alignment with what you want instead of looking back because all that does is waste time. Remember, time waits for no one. The second choice is if you just cannot shrug off the why. Hey, it happens to all of us at some point. For me, when this happens, I ask myself what was going on in my life at that time that I manifested the opposite. I journal my answer with pen and paper. Do not use a computer or your phone when journaling as it does not provide the same energy flow when writing and makes a big difference in how your thoughts are transcribed. Write down how it made you feel and why. When you journal your question, 9 out of 10 you will find your answer, if you are honest with yourself.

Love, Becca

No matter which choice you make it will lead you to your next manifestation. The key to getting the outcome you want is in following the ASK, BELIEVE, RECEIVE formula that I wrote about in the February issue. And remember, if you’re not in vibrational alignment, what you seek will be delayed. I suggest you check in on yourself every day to see how you are feeling and what you can do or say to align your vibration. Q. How do I make myself get in alignment when I’m tired and not having a good day? By Anonymous A. I received this question and thought it would be good to answer it in this issue since it aligns with the above answer. My first suggestion is to get a good night’s sleep. I know sleep sounds like a simple answer but you would be amazed by how many do not get enough sleep. Sleep is vital to not only our brains functioning correctly but also our body. You cannot be in vibrational alignment if your mind and body are tired. It just won’t work. So the first thing you should be asking yourself is if you are getting enough sleep and also sleep without interruption. That answers the tired part of your question but what about if you’re just having a bad day. Getting in alignment on a bad day is easy but it does take practice. I can flip the switch on a bad day almost automatically now but it’s only because I practice it all the time. You know the saying, practice makes perfect. That is true with alignment and manifesting too. (continued on page 89) UPLOADER MAGAZINE 87

ASK BECCA There are several ways to get yourself back on track but I find the quickest ones are saying or listening to affirmations (I use an app and set it to play for 15 minutes), writing in my gratitude journal, doing something nice for someone else, taking a walk in nature or exercising, meditation and focusing on your breath, or simply saying thank you for every single thing that day. These are easy and simple methods that will help get you in vibrational alignment quickly and the more you incorporate them into your daily life the easier it will be for you to change your reality. Q. Any tips for a couple trying to navigate civilly through a divorce? By Anonymous First of all, thank you for trusting me with this question as I know it is a tough one. Without having more information, such as is the other party trying to be difficult and reasons for filing for divorce, I will do my best to answer this question and will be focusing on you. Being divorced myself I can tell you that getting a divorce will have its ups and downs so let’s focus on creating more ups. The first thing I would do is a get notebook or journal and start scripting your days. Scripting is you writing out how you want your day to look like. You will write it out as if it has already happened and do so before you meet with your spouse or lawyer. You are basically creating a vibrational alignment for the day. This is especially helpful anytime you have to meet with someone who might cause you stress, anxiety, sadness, etc. Secondly, you can visualize. Visualize the end result and include all the details. The more details the better because it will provoke your feelings to come out and when you combine visualization and feelings magic happens. It is how vibrational alignment works best. Third I would start a gratitude journal. You might be wondering what gratitude has to do with divorce. Gratitude has everything to do with all aspects of your life. Being grateful for all the good things in your life creates a shift in energy and makes you focus on the positive. Showing gratitude, it must be genuine, also gets you in vibrational alignment. Fourth if you have kids please try to do what is best for them. Divorce affects them just as much as you and your spouse, and in the end, you want to have a friendly relationship after the divorce. This is what we did and our daughter is thriving and has a healthy and loving relationship with both of us. Another tip is to try your hardest to get a mediator to handle the divorce instead of each of you getting a lawyer. Why? I cannot even begin to tell you how much money people have thrown away in divorce lawyers and I am talking millions. When I got divorced we agreed that we would rather keep our money and get a mediator than to lose it all with divorce lawyers. Now, this is totally you and your spouse’s choice but I had to mention it because I see it all the time. I hope this helps, and if you have any follow up questions with more details for me, please feel free to ask. I am always happy to help if I can. UPLOADER MAGAZINE 89

Tips & Tricks to Growing a Following By Annie Morcos @AnniesArtStudio Edited by: Cheryl De Marco

Social media, in the past few years, has turned into an incredible tool for creators. Without social media, I feel 90% of creators would have such a hard time getting their work out into the world. Nowadays, people can have a business online, have followers who wait on the edge of their seats for new products, and innovate their industries with their social media presence. In the past, you would apply for a job with huge corporations, compete with hundreds of other creators and artists to try and get your work out. Now you are visible with just a click of your fingers. With a simple google search, someone can find your accounts and find everything they need to know. Even simpler, with one viral video, your whole business and life could completely take off. Now, we are all used to the beautiful pictures, process videos, blogs, behind the scenes of a creators world on Instagram and Facebook. Then BAM! Along comes Tik Tok. What in the world is Tik Tok?! When I was first told in 2019 that I needed to join that platform, I decided to download the app. I deleted it within ten minutes! I was completely

overwhelmed, and that’s saying a lot since I’ve been creating content for social media since 2014 (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). The platform is very fast paced, there were a lot of children and teens dancing to the same songs in choreography, and lip syncing. I found this incredibly odd and didn’t see how my artwork would fit in. Within a short few months, I was once again convinced by my social media mindset coach, Andrew Carlson (Shift Into Action Now), that I needed to be a part of the major growth that was happening on Tik Tok. I once again joined and realized very quickly that there were now a lot of adults on the app. Once you spend some time on the app you realize the culture of what works and what doesn’t, what is trending, and what people want to see on the platform. I was getting absolutely no views. Then it started to slowly grow but nothing major. Then I posted one video that went viral. SOCIAL Did I get lucky with that one video? Maybe, yes. However, I have had many other videos reach huge numbers as well. Got lucky once, but put in the hard work after that. So let’s talk about some tips and tricks I found to be very helpful. Post Consistently: You can’t stop posting because a couple videos didn’t get traction. If you want to get noticed and have people follow you, you must post consistently and daily. When you first start and want to grow your fan base and following, I suggest posting 3-4 videos a day. I know that sounds like a lot, but you have to put in the work. Once your following grows you can post less and have a schedule. Your following will get used to that schedule and content. Trends: Tik Tok has a lot of songs, and other fun things that trend every week along with dances. If dancing isn’t your thing, that’s ok. It’s not mine either. But using the trending songs will get the attention of people on the ‘For You’ Page. What’s the FY page? It’s the main part of the platform where Tik Tok will show you trending/popular videos, pages that are newly growing, and sometimes people who are even around in your city. This is where your videos will get noticed and how people will start following you. You want to ride the “trend train” as best you can. Again, this is the best way to gain followers. Trends besides dancing happen all the time as well. So if you feel that a trend can work with your content, then definitely use that to your advantage. Know Your Audience: The platform has a way of recognizing what you post, what you like, who you follow, and what videos you pause and watch. This doesn’t mean that you can’t and shouldn’t follow accounts that aren’t like you. However, you need to keep this in mind when creating and posting your content. People who are interested in your kind of videos will definitely see them, and follow you. You want to 102 UPLOADER MAGAZINE

make sure you keep that up so they continue to follow while you grow a new audience base. Follow Like Minded People: It’s important to know what others are creating in your same niche. What is working and what isn’t. Following accounts that have similar interests to yours with big followings is a great way to get ideas, be inspired, and make sure you stay relevant. Have Good Content: Posting just to post is the best way to have a video flop, or get no traction. Even though these Tik Tok videos are 1560 seconds long, a lot of work goes into them. If you spend a bit of time on the platform, you will realize that a lot of people will talk about how this video took them 20 takes. As content creators we might film within the app or even create videos and upload them to the app. Make sure your video is post worthy. Social media has a way of having us need the attention of the likes and comments. So avoid posting “OK” videos. Work on your content, and post videos that will matter and will get the “hype” as Tik Tok likes to call it. When you post these “OK” videos that don’t get a lot of love, your algorithm seems to go down, and your future videos have a harder time of getting some real reach. So avoid the trouble and skip a post if you don’t have a good content video. Work on your next post. Take all these suggestions with a grain of salt and use them as you see fit! Everyones accounts and content will be different. However, I promise you, if you follow these tricks and tips and you consistently post with good content, relevant content, then your account will be great on Tik Tok. The platforms users are growing in thousands by the day. So the time is now to jump on the wagon, put yourself out there, and be on the top of your niche before everyone else joins! Oh, and also, I must warn you. Tik Tok is FUN !

Learn more about successful digital content creator, and actor Sam Li as we ask him our seven questions Edited by Cheryl De Marco Facebook and Instagram: @thesamlitv

Sam Li was born on October 6, 1996 in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China as Songpu Li. He was raised in Southern California by an independent single mother, while periodically spending time abroad in various regions of China and Hong Kong. He attended the University of California, Berkeley and now lives in Los Angeles, California. He is currently repped by AEFH (Amsel Eisenstadt & Frazier) and ACE (Asian Cinema Entertainment) for Theatrical Acting. He is also a full-time content creator for Smile Skits and Markianb on Facebook Watch, a channel which has amassed over one billion total views on the platform with currently over 5 million followers. Hi Sam, thank you for taking 104 UPLOADER MAGAZINE

the time to answer a couple of questions, we know you are extremly busy working night shoots at the moment; but given your content creator success, we wanted to share your experience as well as advise for other aspiring actors and content creators out there. How did you start your career as an actor and digital content creator? Funny enough, I actually started my career as an actor by creating my own content for myself. During high school and college, I was obsessed with making my own short films, and challenging myself artistically through them. Because I was so limited with the opportunities for acting, my friends and I constantly

created our own opportunities by self-writing, and self-producing the type of content we wanted to be in. It was through one of these short films I had made in college that led me to the introduction of my talent manager, Scott, who saw the short film I was in and encouraged me to pursue acting seriously. Since then I’ve continued to elevate my game, and through the help of those around me, I have made and starred in videos that have acquired over 50 million views online and counting. What are you currently working on? Right now, I’m currently in the midst of wrapping a feature film titled, The Inheritance. (continued on page 106)

FEATURE In this, I play the role of Robert Chang, one of the film’s leading roles. My character comes from an extremely wealthy family, and is set to inherit the family fortune when things take a messy turn. It’s a very fun story to be a part of, and it’s also really exciting to be surrounded by so much ‘wealth’ on set. Some days, I feel like I’m on the set of a Crazy Rich Asians remake, haha. Besides this acting role, I’m currently also creating original content for Smile Skits, founded by Markianb. We are a Social Media channel with close to 5 million followers on Facebook, and work closely with Facebook to bring humorous and uplifting content for the platform. As a content creator, I am curating comedy sketches that are relatable and shareable. We try our best to shine a spotlight on marginalized groups, and unify our viewers by spreading positivity and kindness. What are the challenges you are facing as you juggle both mediums (acting and digital content creation)? The challenge with juggling both mediums is really the same challenge with juggling any two fields of work, you have to decide which one you want to focus on more. The strange thing is, both mediums go hand-in-hand, which makes this problem less obvious. With acting, our job is to create the world we envision within our imagination, and bring it to life onscreen or on stage. But content creation is taking that to another level, by playing with all the moving pieces and literally turning that vision into reality. However, if we look at both mediums, each one of them can turn into a full-time occupation/career quite easily. Both mediums require an enormous amount of time, energy, and dedication to truly excel. The challenge here is to successfully juggle both, and the best way to do that is to decide on which one you need to focus on more, which can alternate and shift over time, depending on your personal priorities and goals. How can other content creators learn from your experience? And what other advice might you have for them? From my experience, both content creation for the internet as well as traditional film and TV acting are two industries that you need to be very persistent with. If you continue to push and challenge yourself, and just focus on creating good work that you are proud of, then your time will eventually come. Finding a supportive group of people who have similar interests and wants to create with you is the key to really elevating your game. It’s nearly impossible to continuously create anything on your own, so having a team of people working together towards a common goal will accelerate your success. FEATURE I’m a firm believer that we are students for life, and that we never stop learning and growing. Industries and cultures are always changing, so it’s important to keep up with new trends and platforms, and look for opportunities at every corner. I always encourage aspiring actors or content creators to read as much as they can, and learn from as many authors as possible while consuming and digesting as much knowledge as possible. There are so many aspects of the industries that aren’t really common knowledge, so the more targeted and focused your content or work can be, the faster you’ll find the success you’re looking for. And that will be a direct result of putting in the extra effort to become educated in the field/industry. What are your thoughts on the future of the industry? It has never been easier for aspiring actors and artists to produce and create their own content. More and more talent is being discovered on the internet, and many brands are starting to realize the massive organic reach of content creators. I think this trend is going to continue to increase, and that content creators are going to have more opportunities to be seen by the world. Making content today is as simple as picking up your phone and shooting videos with your friends. It’s literally that easy. And if you do it enough with just the right touch of creativity and relatability, then you can build a loyal fan base that will support your work, and will want to support whatever direction your career heads toward. In this sense, content creators have the unique opportunity to create and open their own doors toward success in the entertainment industry. What is next for you? Who knows, haha! In terms of my acting career, I feel like I’ll never be able to know exactly what happens next. One thing is certain though, I’m going to keep getting out there and continue to build my presence in this crazy town called Hollywood! Hopefully my next big break is right around the corner! In the meantime, I’m going to continue making fun viral videos that bring joy and smiles to people all around the world! I’m aiming for 100 million more views by the end of the year, so here’s to creating many more shareable content! What do you think to our new content creator magazine? I love it! This is an amazing platform to connect and share stories from real content creators that thrive in this modern era of entertainment and arts. It’s such a difficult business to be in at times, and the path to success is always different for everyone. It’s so fascinating to see how everyone came to be where they are today, and how they view the business. We all come from different backgrounds and we may even be in different fields of work, but our passion for creating content brings us together and that’s what this is all about! RIES (March 21st - April 19th)

You may be seeking to take a break with the Sun and Mercury Retrograde slowing you down at the start of March. Your spirit and body may be saying you need to rest and recharge and it is likely your dreams and intuition are especially intense. As soon as Mercury turns direct on the 9th, the pace of life will rapidly quicken for you. While you will be feeling the need to assess your plans for the coming year, Mars will be lighting up your career the entire month. This means that while you’re feeling a bit tired, the demands in your career could be very high now. Aim for the gold. Applause and awards could also be coming your way. You are setting the pattern in your career for two years, so slacking off entirely will set you further back. The Full Moon on the 9th will make you very busy at work, as well, so harness your productivity that week. You could be finishing an important project or if looking for a new job, find that an offer arrives at this time. Your finances are also likely to be going very well throughout the month with Venus attracting money to you. When the Sun moves into your zodiac sign on the 20th, you’ll feel the renewed fire instantly. This means birthday season has arrived! Aries season is the official start to the zodiac year, always marking a turning point toward new beginnings and bright opportunities. The most important New Moon of the year for you falls on the 24th, which will open a cosmic door to one of your greatest hopes and dreams. EMINI (May 21st - June 20th)

Career is definitely on your mind when March dawns, particularly with the mighty Sun drawing attention to your ambitions and your work life. You’ll likely be seeing some hiccups in this area due to the Mercury Retrograde, which ends on the 9th. You’ll be feeling a double dose of energy returning to you because Mercury is your solar planetary ruler. Mercury’s strength and movement is vitally important to your plans and goals, which is why sometimes when it goes retrograde you may feel as if you are moving through sludge no matter how hard you try. It’s best to use these times to review your plans and watch what the Universe is bringing your way. The New Moon on the 9th will have many Geminis focusing their attention upon their roots. Some may be moving or fixing up their home. Others could be connecting closer to their families. Expect your emotions to be a bit intense at this time and pay attention to what they are telling you. You will certainly be wondering how stable and secure your life is, and if anything is bringing you more harm than good, it could be time to cut it out completely. But don’t expect to be feeling like a homebody for too long because the Sun marches into your social sector lighting up your popularity like fireworks after the 20th! The New Moon on the 24th will fill your calendar with many exhilarating events, so make sure you have your favorite outfits ready. You’ll welcome the festive energy like a breath of fresh air.

Some Taurus could be jetting off to overseas destinations or devoting themselves to new mental horizons through academics. If involved in the media or publishing, you’re clearly very busy. Yet, expect tremendous success to begin when the 30th arrives. Mars switches gears to power up your career until May 13th. EO (July 23rd - August 22nd)

Your relationships are very important to you now, Leo. Some Leos could be deciding to grow closer with their significant other or that they require more aid at this time. Others could be deciding to walk away if a situation has become toxic—once and for all. When Venus enters your career sector on the 4th, you will dazzle and be seen for all of your beauty and grace. Bosses and new job opportunities could start to come your way, so charm your superiors throughout the month. Single Leos could begin dating someone with power and popularity at this time. March 9th has money on your mind and a nice check or new job could be appearing for you. Be sure to sign after the 10th or 11th though because Mercury Retrograde still causes frustrations for a few days after it goes direct. If wanting to get a handle on your finances, use this powerful Full Moon to do so. The Sun will move into your expansion and adventure sector starting on the 20th, though, so some Leos could be setting their eyes on new horizons. If looking to travel, the stars are smiling on this now, or if wanting to make progress in academics, media, or publishing, you could also see success. For Leos looking to immigrate, the opportunity could finally appear. However, when the Sun shifts into your partnership sector, you’ll feel the need to work one-onone with someone to achieve something important at this time. Some Libras could become engaged or married in the days following March 24th, especially with Venus dancing through your intimacy and sensuality zone all month, as well. IRGO (August 23rd - September 22nd)

Important relationships in business or love are on your mind as we swim along into March, Virgo. Some of you could have found a twin flame, became engaged or married, or decided it’s time to walk away toward the next journey in love. Mars, planet of passion and sex, is heating up your romance sector throughout the entire month, so expect to see fireworks in this area of your life! However, because Mercury Retrograde was also taking place in your sector of commitments and marriage, you could have noticed that they have been a bit fuzzy at times or something isn’t in complete alignment. Rest assured that once it goes direct on the 9th that matters should pick back up. Clarity should arrive as the weeks move on. Some Virgos may even have heard from exes or people from the past. Face what they are offering you and decide if you are ready to bring them back into your life. Mercury is your solar planetary ruler, so you always feel especially drained when it is retrograde, but you benefit so greatly from it at all times when it is racing forward happily within the sky. You will certainly have fewer obstacles in the months ahead. The most important days of the year for you fall near the Full Moon in your zodiac sign on the 9th. Use this time to rise toward your goals and court attention. You will likely see a dream or goal come to manifestation at this time. Relationships will continue to remain the key focus of the rest of the month and if you have decided it’s time to move forward solo, this could be the official separating period. Next month is going to be extremely busy for you at work, so keep your eyes ahead to that.

CORPIO (October 23rd - November 21st)

You are in the midst of romance season at the start of March, Scorpio, but it is likely that something has been amiss due to Mercury Retrograde being difficult in February. This will continue until the 9th, and you will notice your mind is focused on love-love-love for the rest of the month, too! Venus, planet of attraction and pleasure, will be in your sector of partnership starting on the 4th for the rest of the month. Single Scorpios could become smitten with someone new, while committed ones could enjoy more sensuality with a partner. However, some Scorpios could feel nostalgic about the one who got away or have some of their fears about relationships crossing their minds due to the Mercury Retrograde that was previously mentioned. Random messages from old flings could also be popping in – so send that smiley back or put them on block! The Full Moon on March 9th turns your attention to your social life and you could notice a friend invites you to a wonderful event near this time. Be sure to attend. New friends could be coming into your life or you may be having quite a magnificent time with all of the ones in your close crew. However, enjoy the fun while it lasts because when the Sun drives into your work zone on the 20th, major projects on the job will likely be coming your way. The New Moon on the 24th guarantees you’ll be very busy and if looking to find another employer, you can do so now. Last, if looking to improve your daily fitness or diet regimen, this is the absolute best time of the year to do so because New Moons always unlock opportunities and potential for you. Consider how you can find the perfect rhythm for you.

S

AGITTARIUS (November 22nd - December 21st)

When March arrives, you will be focusing upon your home, moving, or family matters. With Mercury Retrograde causing some frustrations in this sector, you could have noticed that something isn’t aligned. Matters should sort out in the later weeks of the month, though, so don’t let yourself get too frustrated. If you have recently moved, hopefully you have not signed your lease since February 16th, as Mercury was swimming backward since that time. If so, you may realize down the road that the agreement will need to change. Also, be sure to reach out to your family at this time to either reconnect or reminisce about the past. Ask if they need support in any way. The Full Moon on March 9th will radically shift your focus, though, as news about an exhilarating career breakthrough appears. Plan to go after the gold then. A promotion or award could be coming your way, or if in the press, expect lots of attention now. Yet, March has even more radiant news for you— filled to the brim with new horizons. Your romantic life will receive a shot of adrenaline straight to the heart when the Sun and Moon parade on into this zone. The New Moon on the 24th will bring more spice into your current connection or help you find someone special who loves you just right. No matter what, be sure to be out and about because adventure could be around every corner. Creativity will also shine for artistic Sagittarius, so allow the muse to sing within you.

A

QUARIUS (January 20th - February 18th)

Financial planning will certainly be on your mind at the beginning of March, a holdover from February. However, you could be having hiccups in the money department at this time, perhaps missing checks or feeling that income is being held up. Also, with a brief stay of Mercury Retrograde taking place in your zodiac sign from the 5th until the 9th, you could feel especially scattered. However, with it going direct on the 9th, life should pick up rather quickly in weeks ahead. Do not worry. Venus will be marching on into your sector of home and family on the 4th for the rest of the month, so it would be a dazzling time to fix up your home with gorgeous new designs or look for new furniture. Want to have a dinner party? You’re in luck to do so now and it could be one of the best events of the year where friends feel in awe of your domestic skills. However, when the Full Moon on the 9th arrives, some Aquarius could be seeing a large check or payout arriving. If looking for a loan or scholarship, approvals are likely. Use the prosperity wisely. With an important focus on partnerships also highlighted, some Aquarius could realize that their needs are not being met in a partnership and walk away. Carry forth and look to greener pastures. However, when the Sun and Moon recharge your mind starting in the final weeks of the month, you’ll find that it is time to speak up. Writing and communications are highly important now and you could see that standing up for what you think leads you into a place of success. Do so now. The last thing to note is that Mars, the planet of power and energy, moves into your zodiac sign on the 30th, so get ready for the pace of life to launch like you’re atop a rocket. Your energy levels will also rise significantly in the coming month. Get ready to dominate in the weeks ahead, so use the time prior to plan where you want to rule.

APRICORN (December 22nd - January 19th)

Welcome to March, which promises to keep you very busy! However, it is very likely that your mind has been especially confused lately. When the sassy Mercury Retrograde ends on the 9th, you’ll finally start to see things getting back on track. You’ve been locked in communication breakdowns, miscommunication, and backtracking on several important matters. Breathe and don’t stress yourself out. Starting the 4th, though, expect to see romance and passion heat up for you once Venus dances into this sector for you. Single Capricorns will be instantly magnetic and find that many new options appear for them. If looking to find that special someone, do so now! Capricorns already dating or married will feel themselves indulging in pleasure with their significant other throughout the month. With your mind so active in March, you’ll find that the Full Moon on the 9th also brings opportunities for you to look at things from a different perspective. Some of you will receive news about an immigration matter or overseas travel plans. Others could also be focused upon a media or publishing project that is coming forth with great success. Last, if seeking further education, you will see happy results now. Yet, when the Sun and Moon heat up your family and home sector starting in the final week of the month, some Capricorns could be deciding it is time to move. Changing of your residence now will bring you a warmer living situation. If looking to stay put, consider ways to fix up your space or even throw a delightful dinner party for neighbors and friends. If one of your kindred needs help, give them support now. You will see your career reach an important milestone in April, so focus more on your roots now. One last thing to note, though, is that Mars, the planet of action and power, will be in your zodiac sign until the 30th of the month. This means that throughout the entire month you will be energized and electric. Use this time now to go after everything you want. You must be a leader at this time to set the plans in motion that you want to culminate over the coming two years. If love is important, take action and go after whom you seek. If success is important, set goals and start to smash them. You can truly have it all this year (and on into the coming decade), but this month is extremely pivotal regarding which patterns and relationships you choose to grow ahead.

P

ISCES (February 19th - March 20th)

You’re in the spotlight now because it is birthday season, Pisces! This is one of the most important times of the year for you because it sets into motion some of the patterns that will echo throughout the year ahead. With the Sun in your zodiac sign until the 20th, you are more radiant than ever. Doors will open to you if you show the world what you desire. Admittedly, Mercury Retrograde has been going on in your zodiac sign so you have probably felt a bit frustrated in recent weeks. However, do not despair because once it goes direct on the 9th, everything should pick up and move forward much more easily. When the Full Moon on the 9th arrives, you will certainly be making an important decision about a close relationship. Some Pisces could be getting married or engaged, while others could be separating and swimming onto new streams. Single Pisces could align with a star-crossed lover when they put themselves in the position to be found. When the Sun and Moon move into your income sector later in the month, you may notice that money is on your mind! Use this time to increase your wealth in every way that you can. Next month you will be working on something important behindthe-scenes—or realizing you need to heal and recharge because you’ve been burning yourself out—so plan accordingly. UPLOADER MAGAZINE 115
