She is the CEO of Dr. James Counseling & Consulting Services & Virgin Islands Agency For Restorative Care, Inc. these are private mental health practices and Xtraordinary Services 4 Xtraordinary People and Heavenly Home Sweet Home, Inc. which are Home Health agencies. Dr. James also has a non-profit agency, Sanctuary of Change, Inc., that provides services for survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse. Dr. James is currently a member of the American Counseling Association, the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, the American Association of Pastoral Therapists, and a committee member of the National Small Business Association.
