New prototypes and strong conversions are strengthening the overall brand. Choice Hotels announced a first-ever development incentive to fuel the refresh of nearly 1,900 domestic Comfort Inn速 and Comfort Suites速 hotels

Meaningful Terminations – removing hotels that do not embrace the new brand vision.

Drive Guest Satisfaction – brand programs and amenities, staff service, hotel appearance, breakfast quality with choices and a focus on room condition.

Strong Quality Assurance – increased required minimum guest satisfaction scores and LRA inspection of cleanliness and condition.

Incentive for Hotels to Renovate – Choice has committed $40M in incentive dollars to improve Comfort Inn properties. Together with our franchisees, it has resulted in over $120M in renovations to our properties.
