Our stunning redesign caters to the three key stages of the guest experience. Our warm exterior and lobby send immediate visual cues that guests can RELAX, confident they’re in for a wonderful, worry-free stay. When Guests Speak, We Listen We designed the new Comfort Inn hotel with the idea that our guests and developers are the true architects. Through extensive consumer testing, we identified the amenities and design elements that appeal most to them. The result is a warm, inviting hotel design that not only resonates with our guests, but also appeals to experienced developers seeking a hotel which is highly cost-effective to build, maintain and operate.
The new Truly Yours™ design achieved significant lift in stay intent among hotel users.** Research also found guests are willing to pay significantly more on average per night compared to the current design.*** Comfort Inn is one of the hotel industry’s most recognized brands.**** The largest of the Choice HotelsŽ brands, it offers owners and developers strong potential for a return on investment. Open spaces feature generous natural light, enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection. Designed with flexibility in mind, these spaces meet a variety of needs for business and leisure.
Guest Rooms Great care has been applied to creating guestrooms that offer a luxurious experience. Pleasing natural color palettes and soothing textures provide true relaxation.

The meeting room opens to the breakfast area to create overflow breakfast seating or meeting space. Location of the sales office helps you do business with your biggest clients. Back-of-house areas were arranged by developers to smooth the flow of daily operators. Working areas are arranged to minimize guest impact and ample storage space is provided.
