He and his mother, Olga, traveled from Nikolaev, Ukraine to seek the best treatment possible at MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital. When in Houston, they enjoy many excursions to Hermann Park to ride the train and see the geese. While he relishes his mother’s traditional soups, he has come to love American cheeseburgers! He loves to draw and calls himself an artist. His favorite subjects include houses and ships, along with rockets, airplanes, trees and flowers.
