A cave or cavern is a hollow place in the ground, especially a natural underground space large enough for a human to enter. Caves form naturally by the weathering of rock and often extend deep underground. The word “cave can also refer to much smaller openings such as sea caves, rock shelters, and grottos.

無添 加 His name is Ryoya Takashima and he’s from Japan. I discovered his channel “Peaceful Cuisine” completely for chance, as I normally don’t look for cooking videos on YouTube. His videos, however, totally stunned me: lighting and focus are just perfect and I love the almost obsessive care of every detail.

He never tries to convince other people to become vegan. Instead, he prefers to show his eating lifestyle through his YouTube that are not only healthy to eat, but also joyful to cook.
“People can choose their own relationship with food. It is entirely their own choice. We all have freedom to choose how we live. But it is important to take responsibility for your own health. Blaming other people for your own choices is not a smart idea.”And I think this is something that goes way beyond the choice of eating animal products or not.

I think that the most interesting about Peaceful Cuisine YouTube channel is that it’s really about cooking, nothing more, nothing less. No need of fancy music or too many words; the art of creating something beautiful and tasty from simple, natural, vegan ingredients speaks for itself.

Eating those fresh food, fresh cusine in a uncluttered, calm space, it just like eascape from the busy city like hong kong. This restaurant meant to provide a private respite for its customers, a vegan or someone who is interested in veggie dishes. So the spatial and the interior design is to mainly preserve a calm place for enchancing the taste of veggie dishes. To preserve a sense of nature and warmth, it tries to use more natural sunlight at the day time. Sunlight will comes through the opening which allocated on tops.

As much as I knew about vegan and veggie, I find out that the current fusion veggie dishes are all about the taste of fresh. In my case designing a calm interior space would be the answer, therefore I started to think about what spatial language can be adopted. Originally, my idea was to let the customers to enjoy the food in a very minimal space, so people would have a dining space like for meditation. And the six private dining room will have the opening which are not facing to each others. It aims for the enchancement for the privacy.

Originally, my idea was to let the customers to enjoy the food in a very minimal space, so people would have a dining space like for meditation. After gathering enough information to reach outcomes with my tutor, I feel the need to clear my idea as it might not be too good for customers to stay for a few hours in a room of monochrome tone. Therefore, I wrote down all my starting points (Past options). Thus, this process makes me release the importance of the feel and sense among the dining area and the food. So I decided to expand my concept base on a module of CAVE with artificial lighting. As it can generate a contrast in between the general dining area (monochrome) and the private pocket dining area.

Decorative coatings
Organoid decorative coatings are characterized by their naturalness and authenticity. They allow a new experience of natural raw materials through all the senses. We only use natural and authentic raw materials, which are not used in conventional production processes. In the factory in Tyrol – in the heart of the Alps – we pay attention to ecological and sustainable manufacturing. This begins with the use of a 100% green electricity and ends with biological binders that are free of biocides, plasticizers and solvents. This is the only way to achieve this unique appearance with an authentic fragrance, natural feel and an impressive look. 46

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
My journey through out developing the project of “V-rest” started with learning about F & E projects and reading the briefs carefully. Despite the fact that I find all the briefs quiet interesting and original, I decided to work on “Veggie Dishes”. It is because environmental issues and over consuming of food are significant problems concerning the entire world. Therefore, I started planning my project with deciding how to enhance the taste of veggie dishes by dining in a special interior space. However, this semester make me think about the importance of the notion behind my solutions and the connection between the tools(presentation style/skill)that I can use to create a difference. Taking everything into consideration, I am happy and satisfied about the final results of the F & E project and my educational improvement during this semester. On the other hand, I would pay particular attention on the observation and interaction process if I were to do a similar design project again. It is because as far as I studied this project, I have noticed that everything we do as interior designers is for people to benefit. In this manner, spending more time on how to create a valid solution is much important as designing a nice layout. I believe this aspect will bring my work a humanistic touch and functionality among my design and audience. All in all, this semester had taught me a golden rule, which is putting people over design. 73
