MEET BAYLEE

Baylee Price is a lifelong Broken Arrow resident. She attended college at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Baylee played golf throughout college and even pursued her dream of playing professionally until an injury sidelined her.

When considering a career path, Baylee knew she didn’t want a job where she would be confined to an office and restricted to certain hours every week. In November 2017, Baylee began an apprenticeship with top producing Chinowth & Cohen agent, Megan Forehand, and continues working with her today. She learned a lot and the experience solidified her interest in real estate. Real estate is certainly not a traditional 9 to 5 job. She became licensed in April 2018 and “hit the ground running”.

Baylee possesses a strong work ethic, is disciplined and enjoys managing her own business. Baylee wants anyone that is buying a home for the first time to be well-educated and informed. She wants them to feel like they can rely on her 100% throughout the whole process.

Sheryl began her career working at her father’s real estate company. In 1996, Sheryl moved to Tulsa, and once again, rose to become a top producing associate in the State of Oklahoma.

Originally from NY, Lee learned about real estate from his grandfather who purchased, sold and managed real estate in Manhattan. Early in his career, Lee was an owner of a commercial real estate company and he developed and owned a property management company in Florida. Commercial real estate seemed to be Lee’s forte and in 1993 he developed a Real Estate Investment Trust, which he took public and sold in 1996. Lee is a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma and Florida

Leland is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. In his first year as an associate, Leland has sold record over 11 million. THE BUYING ATMOSPHERE

When it comes time to show your property, here are some suggestions that will create a smooth and successful process!

» During the listing period, maintain the home in ready-to-show condition with beds made, clutter removed, dishes put away and so forth.

» Showcase your home as if you are receiving guests. Turn on lights or open drapes, place flowers in vases, hang your best towels, light a fire in the fireplace if it’s cold outside, and play soft background music.

» During a showing, try to step out for a cup of coffee or run a few errands. The potential buyer will feel more relaxed if allowed to view your home without any distractions.

» Make sure your pets are confined to a safe and out of the way place. If at all possible, take your pets with you to the park or on an errand run during a showing. Please hide all pet bowls and supplies.

» In some cases, silence can be golden. If you are present for the showing, it’s best to reserve comments until the buyer has left your home.

» For safety purposes, it’s wise to show the home to a buyer only if the associate working with them is present. You should also put away your valuable items, such as jewelry and collectibles.
