ABOUT ME

Living in Tulsa with her amazing daughter and son, Jessica combines her local knowledge with a deep commitment to her clients. She grew up in Iowa and graduated from Rhema Bible College, bringing a strong foundation to her real estate practice. Jessica’s proactive marketing strategies, developed with her Chief Marketing Officer, effectively showcase properties and support local businesses, maximizing community reach.

From her early days in cosmetology to leading a real estate investing business before earning her license, Jessica’s path has always centered around helping others find beauty and potential—whether in a home or in life’s transitions. As a former host of The American Dream TV, Jessica has taken her passion for showcasing Tulsa’s charm to her YouTube channel, Living in Tulsa and Real Estate, where she explores the city and its vibrant neighborhoods, helping others fall in love with all it has to offer.

Her education at Joseph Business School, Bible College, and Nouveau Riche Real Estate fuels her strategic, faith-driven approach to service. But above all, Jessica is a proud mother and active community supporter, giving her a heartfelt understanding of what truly makes a house a home. For Jessica, every client represents more than a transaction—they are a family, a story, and a dream she’s honored to help bring to life.

Jessica Ford’s journey began far from the bustling streets of Tulsa, in the quiet countryside of rural Iowa. There, she learned the value of hard work and integrity—values that now define her career as a Realtor® What sets Jessica apart is not just her impressive accolades, like being one of Tulsa’s only AI-certified agents or ranking among the Top 100 Realtors®, but the stories she helps create for her clients. Ready to make your move—whether it’s 9 days or 9 months. Let’s start

Our agent Jessica was excellent we moved from California to broken Arrow Oklahoma and Jessica was in contact with me almost every day when I came and flown here to find owls she helped us out so much she knew what I wanted she found the perfect place for us she was excellent I recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a home she will find the perfect fit.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Jessica. From start to finish, there was no nonsense—she got the job done! She was professional, efficient, and kept me informed every step of the way. My house sold quickly and for a great price. If you want a realtor who is straightforward and results-driven, Jessica is the one to choose. Highly recommended!

Jessica helped us sell our home during a difficult divorce, and I can’t recommend her enough. My ex-wife was initially unwilling to sell, and we were court-ordered to move forward. Despite the tension, Jessica worked tirelessly with all parties involved, navigating the hurdles and making accommodations for both sides. I had a certain price in mind, while my ex wanted something else, but Jessica managed to get us both a deal we were happy with. I’m so glad that’s behind us, and I truly appreciate Jessica’s expertise in handling such a challenging situation. If you’re going through a sticky divorce and need help selling, she’s the one to call.

My wife and I needed to sell our home quickly due to a job relocation, and we didn’t want to be living apart for long. Jessica understood the urgency and acted fast. She got our home listed and under contract within just 5 days, which was exactly what we needed. The entire process moved smoothly to closing, all done remotely, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re in a time crunch and need someone who can deliver results quickly, I highly recommend Jessica!

CLIENT reviews

Jessica was instrumental in our relocation from California to Oklahoma, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her expertise and dedication stood out, and I wholeheartedly recommend her and her team. One of Jessica’s greatest strengths was her exceptional communication. She kept us informed at every stage, ensuring we understood what to expect and what was needed from us. Whether through emails, phone calls, or video chats, Jessica was always available to answer our questions and provide guidance. This level of support was especially valuable given the remote nature of our move. Jessica’s assistance went beyond logistics; she offered support during the more challenging aspects of relocating. From helping us find the right neighborhood to understanding local amenities. She guided us through the complexities of moving, coordinating with various service providers and handling paperwork, which can often be overwhelming. Overall, Jessica’s professionalism and commitment made our transition from California to Oklahoma a positive experience. Her ability to provide remote assistance while maintaining a personal touch was remarkable. We are incredibly grateful for her support throughout this journey and highly recommend her to anyone considering a move.

I would like to thank Jessica Ford for assisting my mom in purchasing her first home in Broken Arrow!! My mom is so happy with your service, thank you for not only finding her a beautiful home, but also using your negotiating skills to give her a great deal. Not only did you help them with a great no money down program, they are also receiving a credit at closing, can’t ask for anything more. Thank you so much for your help.
