Sheryl began her career working at her father’s real estate company. She quickly became a top producer, mentored and trained associates, managed offices and closing departments, worked with major relocation corporations, and designed advertising and marketing campaigns. In 1996, Sheryl moved to Tulsa, and once again, rose to become a top producing associate in the State of Oklahoma.

Originally from NY, Lee learned about real estate from his grandfather who purchased, sold and managed real estate in Manhattan. Early in his career, Lee was an owner of a commercial real estate company and he developed and owned a property management company in Florida. Commercial real estate seemed to be Lee’s forte and in 1993 he developed a Real Estate Investment Trust, which he took public and sold in 1996. Lee is a licensed Realtor in Oklahoma and Florida

Leland is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine. In his first year as an associate, Leland has sold record over 11 million. He has helped grow and train agents for over 12 years. He is the 2018 President of Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® and the Managing Broker of the Midtown office. 2014 MLS President. Meet with Megan to discuss the value of your home and if there is anything you can do to get the house ready to go on the market. This discussion may consist of showing you comparable sales in the area and giving suggestions on staging.

P R E P P I N G

Prep your home for photos. There is more information on the next page. This will consist of decluttering, touching up paint, etc.

L I S T & S H O W

After paperwork is signed and the house is prepped, Megan will sschedule professional pictures to be taken. Once those come back to us from the photographer, we will put the house on the MLS for all buyers to see. Megan will coordinate showings and open houses during this time on the market.

When an offer comes in, Megan will present the terms to you. From there you will discuss either accepting i t or sending a counteroffer.

A C C E P T A N C E

Once you come to an agreement with the buyer, we are now under contract. The contract will be sent to the title company so they can start their process with updating the abstract and preparing the title for the new owners. The buyers will also schedule their inspections and get their financing in order.

C L O S I N G

After the buyer had their inspections, they sent a list of repairs, and we nego tiated the repairs. The lender and the title company are both ready for closing. You will go into the title company to sign paperwork a few days earlier than the buyer. Once the buyer signs, your checks will be ready for you! Congratulations!
