AGENT ASSISTANTS
Once you have reached $8 million in annual production, the company can provide you with an agent assistant. These are current, licensed C&C agents who can help with paperwork, ordering marketing projects, setting up open houses, and more!

STAFF ATTORNEYS
Chinowth & Cohen REALTORS® has on-staff attorneys to assist with legal matters and questions, and Elite Title Services also has an on-staff attorney to assist with title questions.
LEGAL FUND
You are automatically enrolled in the legal fund, which has been created to assist with paying your E&O insurance deductible. Your participation will ensure that your $5,000.00 deductible will be paid by the fund if a lawsuit is brought against you/company.
• The annual cost is $322.50 (subject to change). This amount will be billed in three increments of $107.50 beginning on your August billing statement • The fees will cover the Associates Errors & Omission deductible for claims filed for closings between August 1 through July 31.
• Associates are still responsible for their monthly E&O insurance bill, which is included as part of the monthly office fee.
• Associates may opt out and not receive any charges.

Chinowth & Cohen REALTORS® has several on-staff trainers and more than 20 OREC-approved instructors who teach at three training facilities across Oklahoma. In addition to Chinowth & Cohen Real Estate Academy’s pre-license course, you can complete your post-licence requirements and obtain all of your CE credit, including your 6 one-hour required courses, with over 40 approved CE classes. Don’t forget about the CC Crew New Construction certification course, offered approximately every other year.
