I am your proven full-service agent!! Many years of experience in all aspects of real estate gives me the ability to see the big picture, a valuable asset to you. My focus areas include vacant land development, new construction, residential and commercial sales, investment opportunities and property management. I work in all of Northeast Oklahoma, including Rogers and Mayes Counties, and the cities of Collinsville, Owasso, Tulsa, Locust Grove, Pryor and Catoosa, to name a few. Living in the country near Owasso gives me the opportunity to show clients and friends home and land opportunities around Oklahoma’s many beautiful lakes - Grand, Hudson, Skiatook, Oologah.

I pride myself on professionalism, patience and integrity. I have a servant’s heart and am passionate about helping people realize their dreams! I am dedicated to providing the smoothest transaction possible.

When not helping my customers, I enjoy traveling with my husband to places where he can dive and I can enjoy the beach. My family means the world to me, which includes 2 children, 3 grandchildren and 2 furpups.

We’ve known Patty for many years now. When it came time to make the decision to sell our first home of 13 years, we knew she’d take care of us and get the job done. She is knowl edgeable, punctual & persistent. When she cannot give an answer, she makes sure to find an answer. She is open and honest in all of her transactions. When we had a hiccup in our building/buying of a new home, Patty was quick to jump into the adventure with us with the most upbeat and positive attitude. This really eased our minds that she’d ensure we would find that next home for our family. Our favorite part of working with Patty through the sell ing/buying is that she reaches out when she feels like you may not have heard her well enough through different communications as sometimes things move fast and it’s hard to keep up. She continued to pray for our new home process to go smoothly and that meant a lot to us. We highly recommend Patty!

- BRIAN AND KATY JOHNSON

Patty sold our house in less than 20 days! We enjoyed working with Patty and look forward to working with her in the future. She was excellent at explaining where we were at in the pro cess and what was next. Communication was top notch!

- GARY AND JENNIFER STRINGFELLOW

Fantastic realtor and a fantastic lady. Couldn’t have made it through these two transactions with out her.
