TESTIMONIALS
Sarah is the Best Realtor! I was buying my first home and we had so much fun! I refer her to everyone I meet that needs to buy or sell a home!
- AndreaWe met Sarah at an open house and were drawn to how honest she was and how she really cared about us. She wasn’t uppity like others we met. When it was time to sell our home, she was our first call. She helped us market our home and put our gold SOLD by Sarah sign out! Our home sold faster than others in the same neighborhood. We would recommend using her for both buying and selling.
- Aaron and JamieWe had two homes to sell and needed to buy a home so we could care for my mother. Sarah helped us go through a room by room checklist of what we needed to do to be “show ready”. We SOLD our homes for more than our neighbors! We were able to find a deal on a new home and had built-in equity at closing!
- Charles & SharronI interviewed a couple of different Agents before hiring Sarah to sell my home. I knew within just a few minutes after meeting her that she was the right person for the job! Very professional, organized and motivated to get things done! I could tell she had already done her “homework”. She had a great marketing plan already set up and she gave me an awesome presentation, explaining just how she was going to get my home sold quickly. This was a relocation move, so I was out of town the entire time but I felt confident because of the way Sarah communicated with me. She went above and beyond, trying to help me get things done in my absence.
Sarah had my house SOLD within three days of it being listed and she got me within $500 of my asking price! I can’t say enough good things about how good she is! I highly recommend Sarah Ramsey and Chinowth & Cohen Realtors. Thank you Sarah!
