Before entering the real estate field, Kharí enjoyed a successful fifteen-year career in the medical field as a primary nurse for a surgeon. During that time, she also went to cosmetology school and worked as a hairstylist for many years. These experiences helped Kharí develop the necessary skills she brings to her real estate business today. “Being a nurse and stylist taught me to be patient and a great listener,” Kharí says. “I can understand people’s needs and wants.” She is dedicated to her client’s best interest and works hard to help them achieve their goals, ensuring their real estate transaction is above and beyond their expectations. Kharí enjoys spending time with her three children and her Marine husband in her leisure time. She loves hiking, discovering new restaurants, reading, and watching her kid’s multiple sporting events. In addition, Kharí attends and volunteers as a youth leader at Life Church.

In addition, 3% Artisans of Oklahoma offers instructions for trade skills such as woodworking, welding, antique restoration, leatherwork, and painting. I am also partnered with the Oklahoma Veteran Project.”

The Oklahoma Veterans Project was founded to assist homeless and at-risk veterans with free or low-cost housing solutions while they apply for benefits, attend school, and locate employment so that they can once again pursue their version of the American Dream.

Tulsa Parks

Tulsa Parks manages 135 parks covering roughly 6,553 acres. This includes the Redbud Valley Nature Preserve, two specialty centers, and six community centers with various amenities including, fitness facilities, gymnasiums, art studio space and meeting rooms. There are 57 miles of walking trails, two skate parks, three dog parks, and five swimming pools. In addition, there are 227 sports fields*, 99 playgrounds, 94 tennis courts, 8 outdoor pickleball courts, 13 water playgrounds, 18 splash pads, 96 picnic shelters, 4 golf courses and 8 disc golf courses.

A developing museum with interactive displays sharing stories of the people who built the Greenwood District, or “Black Wall Street” of the early 1900’s.

The Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art is 13,700 sq ft of exhibit space and houses the largest collection of Jewish art in the Southwestern United States.

Tulsa’s classic Drive-In theater, featuring dual 9-story screens and a full concession kitchen. A Tulsa favorite, started in 1951.

ADMIRAL TWIN ok aquarium

The Oklahoma Aquarium is 72,000-sq ft public aquarium opened in 2003 in Jenks. It is the largest aquarium attraction in the four-state area. Today, the biology team is recognized for its bull shark research and groundbreaking coral research.

The Drillers are a Tulsa’s minor league baseball team based at OneOK field in downtown. They are the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and are a local favorite for showing fireworks after home games in the summer months.

The First Friday Art Crawl is held on the first Friday of every month and features all of the galleries, studios, and museums as well as restaurant and shops staying open late in the Arts District.

Tulsa is a major stop on Route 66, and has many attractions along the Mother Road that make a great day trip- the Blue Whale, POPS, Buck Atom’s, Tally’s Cafe, Totem Pole Park, the Golden Driller, and more classic landmarks.
