ounded back in 1985 Whitby Seafoods is an independent Yorkshire family business, based in Whitby, a fishing town on the North East Coast of England. We have been responsibly sourcing scampi in the waters around the British Isles for decades. Scampi – or langoustines, to give them their frilly name – are actually small lobsters. Caught in British waters and made in to scampi in Whitby in Yorkshire, this is a true British dish, something your customers really care about, especially now.
