CUSTOM joinery elements throughout the design include upcycled and repurposed shipping pallets as meeting pods and multiple ceiling features throughout the space. Reducing, reusing and recycling is a major theme of the design and the practices within the companies. Adjustable workstations will allow the workers to easily switch between sitting and standing positions throughout the day.

SUSTAINABILITY in commercial industries is of the upmost importance and this office aims to contribute more than the standard company to the incredibly wasteful service industry. With a focus on sustainability, not only in our practice but in the very core of our foundations, we will re-direct our clients to being aware of their impact on the environment and making better choices to sustain their own companies, not just in the building industry but also in their every day practices. Our office design consists of tenants that share our core values of sustainability and our workplace offers increased productivity and flexibility to allow workers to stay focused, engaged and constantly inspired whilst at work.
RECYCLED mailing tubes are being repurposed as a giant pin art wall, which is incredibly versatile in its display options. The tubes can be pushed in and out to create different patterns, words or even used to display items. The ends of the tubes can be capped with an array of colours to create a never-ending unique feel. Upcycled timber beams will be assembled to create a stunning reception desk at varying heights for both sitting and standing which then extends to a sculptured waiting area.
