Free People has 1,400 retail stores worldwide and has a strong online presence with its website sales, often carrying a wider product range, and a growing social media presence. As a retailer, the brand carries several small labels other than a few of its private labels such as “Free People,” “We The Free,” and “FP Movement.” Majority of its in-store products come from its Free People label. This collection takes inspiration from freshly bloomed fields, rumpled sheets, weather change, and windblown dresses. The opening of cocoons becomes a symbol for the free people girl as springtime is when she grows into herself.
