With his studios in nearby Stroud it is no surprise to find a Damien Hirst on offer, Lot 187 which uses his typical skull motifs is set to achieve £1000£1500. Also of contemporary interest is Lot 204, ‘Mickey and Minnie’ by the French born street artist Mr Brainwash. Like Banksy, this artist uses pop culture as the subject of his work, and it has been suggested that the very existence of Mr Brainwash is an elaborate prank by Banksy, although he denies this. This image is estimated at £3000-5000. Lot 204: Mr Brainwash
