Canalway Cavalcade CANALWAY CAVALCADE is a major event in the national canal calendar. Organised by The Inland Waterways Association volunteers annually since 1983, it takes place every May Day Bank Holiday weekend (2nd to 4th May 2015)at Little Venice in Paddington, the capital’s most iconic canal venue and one of its major tourist attractions. It combines a boaters’ gathering with a trade show and lots of fun things for everyone to enjoy. The festival site extends from Warwick Crescent to Paddington Station and onto Rembrandt Gardens and the Paddington Stone Wharf.
The trade and craft show, along Warwick Crescent and the towpaths, is always lively and well patronised and our traders wouldn’t miss the event for anything. So come on down and join in the fun!
Main Highlights Saturday 2:00pm 2:30pm Sunday

During the event visitors see the area at its best: full of colourful boats decked with flowers and bunting, creating a marvellous spectacle. This year’s theme is ‘Canals in Bloom’ so the boaters will be competing to put on an even more vibrant display.
Activities The programme includes a wide range of activities for all the family.
