I eat a lot of non-standard things, since I’m doing Paleo for life for health reasons: I eat the whole animal (from brains to lungs, and tail), to fermented things, bone broth, lots of oysters, etc. I want to try insects soon, since these were part of the human diet since forever. Only us, Westerners, snob them.

Je mange beaucoup de choses non-orthodoxes, depuis que je fais le régime Paleo pour des raison de santé. Je mange tout un animal: du cerveau aux poumons et la queue. Des choses fermentées, des bouillons d’os, beaucoup d’huîtres, etc... Je veux essayer les insectes bientôt, puisqu’ils faisaient partis du régime alimentaire humain depuis toujours. C’est juste nous, les Occidentaux, qui les snobons.

Rice. I’m not supposed to eat rice (I need to be completely grain-free to maintain my fragile health). But I can’t stop it.

A perfect night/evening/going out is: At Chipotle’s. I can’t eat at too many restaurants, because of gluten/grains, so my choices are limited.

Family not getting along.

Heh, my dreams are rather epic. I became a lucid dreamer just a few months ago, and since then, I’m refusing to play along. It gets interesting after that. Sometimes I write about my dreams on my Tumblr or my personal blog.
