willersley castle alking the Limestone Way W 5th – 10th June The Limestone Way is a long distance footpath linking together some of the finest of Derbyshire’s Limestone Country, including the caves and hills of Castleton, the hidden tree lined vales around Millers Dale and the traditional stone walled country near to Cromford. Short and long walks will explore this delightful route, with lunch taken in beauty spots along the way. Well-Dressing Week 5th – 10th June Well Dressings are an ancient Derbyshire creation combining natural beauty with great skill. During this week you will have the chance to see some of the best examples of this art and have a go yourself in Willersley’s own well dressing.

Our all-weather heated indoor swimming pools provide an added dimension to a stay at one of our hotels. Each of our pools is 15 metres long, but only 1.4 metres deep, so adults and children alike will enjoy this wonderful facility. And for the very young, each pool is accompanied by a shallow children’s pool alongside.

Poolside seating and comfortable spectator viewing areas mean even those who don’t want to get their feet wet can enjoy the fun.

Our fully equipped self-catering lodges provide perfect accommodation for families all year round. There are five lodges in the grounds of Abbot Hall Hotel and Lindors Country House Hotel.

There are four two-bedroom lodges at each hotel, each sleeping four guests. The fifth lodge has three bedrooms, accommodating six guests, making it ideal for larger families. Each lodge is fully equipped with central heating, lighting, bed linen and towels. While staying in the lodges you are free to use all the facilities of the hotel, including the all-weather swimming pools. If you prefer not to self-cater you can arrange to take meals in the hotel. Throughout your stay you will be welcome to join in any planned activities.

Terms & Conditions HOTEL BOOKING CONDITIONS a) Terms are per person per night, inclusive of VAT. b) Half Board includes dinner, bed and breakfast from evening meal on day of arrival to breakfast on day of departure. No allowance can be made for meals not taken. c) Special diets or other requirements will, whenever possible be catered for if Managers are informed when booking. d) No single room supplement is charged. However, the number of single rooms is limited and we reserve the right to restrict the number of double or twin rooms allowed for single occupancy. e) Guests unable to vacate the premises by themselves, in case of emergency, must be accompanied by friends or relatives. f) Car parking is entirely at the owner’s risk. g) Dogs or other pets cannot be taken, with the exception of registered assistance dogs for people with disabilities. h) We ask our customers not to bring or consume their own alcoholic drinks on the premises. i) Bookings should be made with the hotel of your choice. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per adult (£10 per child 5 years and over) per week or part thereof, is due with each booking, payments accepted by cheque, credit/ debit card. Full payment is due one calendar month prior to the commencement of your stay. Card details provided will be used for any balance due and will be taken automatically approximately one calendar month prior to the commencement of the holiday. Specific room requests will be considered, however this will be subject to availability and hotel general manager agreement. Acceptance of a booking with specific room request will incur a fee of £15 per room per week. (not applicable to disability friendly bedrooms). k) VAT at 20% is included in the terms shown but will be charged at any changed rate applicable at the time of payment for the holiday. l) We reserve the right to alter our published Terms in extreme circumstances including changes in taxation. m) If in exceptional circumstances, we find that we are unable to offer the accommodation booked, a full refund will be given unless alternative accommodation is agreed. n) The company reserves the right to charge guests for all damage to hotel property. LODGE BOOKING CONDITIONS The above hotel booking conditions apply as appropriate to lodge bookings. Terms are per lodge per night, inclusive of VAT, on a self-catering basis with a minimum stay of three nights except as indicated elsewhere in this brochure. The deposit payable per lodge is £100 and payments should be made in accordance with our hotel booking conditions. BOOKINGS All bookings should be made direct to the hotel of your choice. INSURANCE When you book a holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract, which, if cancelled or curtailed, will incur a cancellation charge.

The company does not offer any form of holiday insurance or cancellation cover. As a Christian organisation we feel it important, and would strongly recommend, that all guests comprehensively insure their holiday against all eventualities with an insurer of their choice. To assist in this process details will be enclosed with our booking confirmation for your information and action. All queries relating to this should be directed to the insurance company. Guests from outside the UK must be covered by adequate insurance covering cancellation, sickness, accident or other misfortune. CANCELLATION Should you, or any member of your party, be forced to cancel your booking for any reason you should notify the manager of the hotel concerned in writing at the earliest opportunity, enclosing any relevant and supporting documentation. A cancellation will take effect from the date written notice is received by the company. Cancellations will incur the following payments: • One calendar month or more before arrival: Deposit only. • Less than one calendar month before arrival: Two thirds. • Less than 48 hours before arrival: Full cost of holiday (no refund). Deposits are non-refundable. All refund amounts detailed above will be calculated after deduction of the deposit paid.
