Spooky season is upon us! Hello Chargers! The weather is cooling down and we are heading into the holiday season gleaming with service. Each and every one of you have been amazing in providing service for the community and your passion is admirable! I have lots of exciting and enjoyable events coming up so make sure you stay tuned :-)

ROCK PAINTING SOCIAL "Relay for Life was an amazing experience. The people, the surrounding, and the whole cause had phenomenal energy. The events were extremely fun, and it allowed for everyone to connect and enjoy the time we had with each other. For example, we had the hula hoop contest, poker, dance party, etc. that brought in people from different age ranges to join in and have fun. Then we had booths with different activities , each booth had their own special spark, like the silent auction, and all had good intentions with donation. The event is overall an enjoyable experience. Will miss everyone’s smiles." -

"Relay for Life was really fun, honestly! To be honest, I was very indecisive about going or not because I wasn't sure if the people I knew were going, but I did end up going, which was SUPERRR FUNN!! And my friends ended up going. I also ended up making some new friends as well! Key Club feels like home and I hope it lasts forever lolol!" Wendy Morales
"I really loved attending Relay for Life. I loved all of the events and activities we did. The Luminaria was very emotional and it reminded me of all of the people that suffered from cancer. It also reminded me of my grandma because she died from pancreatic cancer and I wasn’t able to grow up with a grandma. I really hope we can do this again next year because it was really a night I can never forget." - Princess Yambao

"I really loved attending the Relay for Life. It was definitely an experience I won't forget. I loved all the activities and the things they had to sell. It really hit home when we had the Luminaria event at the end and just reading all the bags honoring all those who fought so hard against cancer. I really hope that we can do this event next year as well because it was really one of the best nights." - Katherine Hernandez
"The movie social was a really fun and comfortable experience. I was fortunate enough to share food, laughs, and “OMG” moments with my friends throughout the movie. It was just a genuinely enjoyable experience that I was able to participate in with those in Key Club." - Joshua Kim
"I attended the movie social on Saturday and I really enjoyed it. It was a very fun experience doing heart origami for kids that are in hospitals and writing special notes for them to just make their day better! I also enjoyed watching the movie with everyone and being able to spend time with all my friends!" - Katherine Hernandez

"It was a very interesting/fun experience. I thought it would be scary considering I would be inside the haunted house but It wasn't. This event and the food bank are my favorite!" - Kristal Gordiano
"Being a scare actor was very fun! It was my first time ever being a scare actor. The professional scare actors were very helpful and kind. I really loved scaring people because it’s very funny to see them screaming haha. I really liked wearing the clown costume and just volunteering to help out. Overall I had a great experience and it was super fun!!" - Princess Yambao
