Letter from your Treasurer Hello NJ District Board! I hope you are all surviving High School! Our terms are officially half over, and with it comes Second Half Committees, the following newsletter details all of your Treasurer related questions, tips and Hunger in NJ accomplishments. We have a lot more to accomplish the next couple of months, so keep being amazing! Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. All the execs were LtGs once and can help you with anything you need!

Dues Season As of today November 17th, as a District we have 39 clubs paid with 3,511 paid members! I would like to say congrats to you all as this is more clubs than last year by 3. However, as a District we did decrease in membership in comparison to last November. Continue to encourage your clubs to recruit members and stay active in making Pizza Club, I mean Key Club, fun and engaging for all. With more enthusiasm comes more membership!! Also continue to remind your clubs to pay dues and send them in for the December 1st deadline, otherwise clubs will be in danger of being suspended. I would like to congratulate Vanessa for the most amount of dues paid clubs and two Early Birds!! Congrats chica!

DCON Reg As weird as it is, DCON is indeed approaching and as a result Promotion will begin as well. From Instagram posts to Email templates to DCon communication, it is important to get as many members as possible to attend. Not only is it our best and most exciting event of the year, but DCON inspires people to do more community service and run for offices. DCON is our celebration, a time of laughter and tears and a time for members to become even more engrossed with our organization. Also the more people attending from your division the more cheers you get when you are announced or walk on stage. This is the event that all the nights of hard work and dedication truly comes to fruition. Be amazing and participate in breaking the record of Dcon attendees!!

DPS

While as a District we are making progress for Hunger in NJ, we are not close to our goal by any means. Continue encouraging your clubs to participate, and make sure they are filling out the CMRFs correctly. If every club participates we can reach our goals. Keep working hard!
