Paying Dues 1. Start to promote membership ASAP! The more enthusiastic volunteers Key Club has, the more change can occur in our homes, schools and communities. Dues are $13.50, a club can also charge up to $5 extra to nurture their treasury. 2. Gather member information and update the information of the Membership Update Center. The Update Center can be found in the Dues & Reports tab in the upper right corner of keyclub.org. Simply sign in using the email and password of an advisor's account. Do not forget to delete people no longer in the club (ex. graduates). Once you have entered all the club member information an invoice will be generated. 3. Clubs can pay online or by check. In the case that they are paying by check, print out the invoice and mail a check to: Key Club International ATTN: NJ Dues 3636 Woodview Trace Indianapolis, IN 46268 4. Please remember that dues must be RECEIVED by Key Club International before the deadlines. Clubs may add additional members after the deadlines, so send in what you have by the dates and feel free to recruit more members afterwards. 5. Feel free to contact myself at treasurer.clarkin@gmail.com or your LTG with any questions or concerns! Thank you and happy recruiting!

DCON District Convention (DCON) is THE best Key Club Event a member can attend! From dances, sessions, candidates running around chanting, singing, hanging out with the best key clubbers in a hotel, the weekend is truly a celebration of all the hard work and dedication clubs put in to make our homes, schools and communities a better place. DCON, is at Ocean Place Resort and Spa, a beachfront hotel, so while electing the new Executive board you have an ocean view and tons of activities to participate in. I truly recommend that all clubs in NJ try their very best to attend and start fundraising now. Fortunately, while I am your District Treasurer, I am also the DCON Reg chair so feel free to contact me at any time with any and all questions! I hope to see all of your wonderful faces at DCON 2017

Hunger in NJ As a District it is incredibly important that we all take part in our District Project, Hunger in NJ. This project benefits countless people all over New Jersey. People in our very own communities are going hungry, and so each club needs to aid by hosting service projects and fundraisers. In the following pages, I have included clubs that have gone above and beyond when participating in our District Project as well as the year’s totals so far.
