Bhd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Rossi Design Group – a leading Malaysian manufacturing company that was incorporated in the year 1973, specialising in bedding products with an extensive product line that includes mattresses, pillows, bolsters, divans and many other fine bedding items. With more than 40 years of manufacturing, marketing and distribution experience under our belts, we are now widely recognised and certified as the mattress expert that based in Malaysia but fully committed to the international standards of quality assurance. With our dedicated QC and R&D division, our products are innovatively made in strict conformance to international specifications and test standards. All our products are produced and assembled at the 300,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Malaysia, using the most up-to-the-minute international advanced automatic machineries such as foam mixer, foam cutter, pocketed spring zoning, spring assembling, spring coiler, wire welding, wire cutting, sewing machines, quilting machines, mattress roll packing machines and more. Our dedicated research and development team has also designed and invented several patented technologies including Finger Touch Micro Hybrid Coils, Quad HD Coils Pocketed Spring System, Sanitized Actifresh Mattress Foam, and more.

We have our own P.U foam manufacturing line including the raw ingredient mixer, production and cutter rest within the production plant in Malaysia.
Automated production line imported from Japan with customise control for pocketed coil assembly, zoning and alignment system.

Sewing Machines
A high degree of spring consistency can be achieved with the Bonnel Spring Coiler Machine that is imported from Switzerland, and the assembly machine from Italy.
The semi-automation Tape Edging Machine imported from the United States is able to wrap the product with the line of perfection.
Quilting Machines
Mattress Roll Packing Machines
Stitching of fabrics is part of the function of our quilting machines and dedicated pattern and design can be provided through our research and development team.
Not just the packing machines, but also a systematic and clean warehouse storage is available in our production plant to keep all the mattresses produced in safe condition.

A global breakthrough invention with 4-layers of FINGER TOUCH Micro Hybrid Coils that gives you extra weight and pressure distribution.
In collaboration with the Swiss antimicrobial expert – Sanitized, we have owned the Actifresh Mattress Foam technology providing an excellent antimicrobial solution.

The LGA is a German Award to mattresses and furniture that meet certain requirements regarding emissions and toxins.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Approved Mark means that the product is comply to the health and safety check with all sort of risk assessments.
European ECO Label
EuroLatex ECO-Standard
The EU Eco-label daisy is a unique certification scheme aimed to help European consumers distinguish greener, more environmentally friendly products and services.
The tests were developed with TFI (Aachen) and define the maximum acceptable limits of substances considered toxic or harmful to health.
