Albert Law FCMA was appointed CFO of South China (China) the Hong Kong-based investment holding company engaged in the trading and manufacturing of toys and leather products, property investment and development and agriculture and woods. Before joining South China (China) Albert operated his own consulting firm for over four years, and was with K. Wah Construction Materials Ltd as Financial Controller for about 9 years. CIMA Global Business Challenge Hong Kong final – 11 June 2011 The CIMA Global Business Challenge Hong Kong final was held successfully on 11 June. It was a fruitful and enjoyable day with five shortlisted teams presenting in front of a judging panel which includes representatives from Barclays Capital, Glorious Sun Enterprises, PolyU SPEED, followed by a networking luncheon as well as the award presentations. After an intense competition from over 140 teams, the Hong Kong final yielded the following results: Champion:

HONG KONG PAST EVENTS AGM – 21 June 2011 At the CIMA 27th Annual General Meeting Mr Richard Kenworthy and Dr Li Wing Sun were elected as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the CIMA Hong Kong Division for the term 2011-2012 respectively. This marks a change in the nomenclatures for CIMA as the CIMA Council approved that all the office holders of boards/divisions in future are named Chairman and Vice Chairman. Hence may we congratulate Richard and WS for being the first to hold these titles. Mr Paul Chan our now divisional immediate past president made a special thanks to Gordon To, Hudson TSUI, Paul YEUNG and Leo Cheung who were retiring from the divisional council, for their contributions to CIMA Hong Kong.
