Smart products
As is when choosing any large appliance or new product for your grooming business, it’s important to consider more than a few aspects of what is right for you when choosing your bath or table.
Size matters
Now, this might not come as a shock to most, but not every dog is the same size! We know for a fact that there are groomers who specialise in small breeds, bigger breeds and often the whole shebang.
Consider the size of the table or bath that works best for you. Naturally, if you’re working with a variety of breeds, bigger might actually be better since you can cover more ground.
Storage
Speaking of the size, you’ll want to ensure that you’ve got the room to accommodate your new bath or table. It’s all well and good investing in the biggest table with all the best features you’ll need, but it’s not so practical if it takes up too much room and you can’t freely get around it when needed!
Think about the space you have available and where these items can be stored when not being used.
Cost
This one mainly focuses on baths. Can you afford the latest tech with all the best new features? Obviously, we want to ensure that everyone can get the best bang for their buck, but only if it’s within their price range!
Consider your budget when looking into investing in new dog grooming gear!
This brings us to our next point…
Eco
One of the most important aspects of any industry, let alone dog grooming, is being eco-friendly, especially in 2023! Luckily, considering the environment is something that we’re seeing more and more of lately and we couldn’t be happier!
However, even making a small change to your bath can have some ecological impacts. Do your research, think about what your clients need and do what’s best when you combine the two!
Reviews
We can’t stretch this enough when it comes to any product in the dog grooming industry, let alone just tables and baths… Check your reviews before you buy!
Ask around, see what others in the industry have been working with and, ultimately, decide what’s best for you and your business. Doing the right research can do more than simply benefit your profit.
