New development in our region offers a lot to look forward to!

LOVELAND Residential Development The Chimney Ridge subdivision, on Butterworth Road in the Warren County portion of the city, will begin construction during spring 2021. The development will include 30 new single-family homes, and will host the 2022 Homerama. A 25-unit Zicka Homes condominium development along State Route 48 will include sidewalks for pedestrian accessibility into the downtown business district.

Commercial In early 2021, the city will complete its comprehensive plan and focuses on the redevelopment of the Loveland-Madeira Road business corridor. The city’s Commerce Park continues to thrive with only two vacant sites. In 2021, McCluskey Chevrolet will expand its headquarters there. To continue the growth of the downtown business district, the city will construct a 280-space parking facility that will include access onto State Route 48, offering a new access point into the downtown business district.

Infrastructure In 2021 the city will commence the repair of a longstanding hillside slippage problem with the Broadway Stabilization project, which includes construction of a drilled soldier pile retaining wall, with plugs to repair the roadway slide. The project is funded through a 50/50 grant and loan from the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC). The city also received a 50/50 grant and loan from OPWC for repairs to a collapsed storm drainpipe on Miamiview Drive. Also in 2021, the city will begin construction on a new public works
