WHAT DROVE THE DECISION TO TRANSFORM THE FORMER LINDNER COLLEGE OF BUSINESS INTO THE NEW COLLEGE OF LAW? Over the years, we’ve done our best to update our building to accommodate student needs, but we have exhausted all such options in our current space. Repurposing is consistent with the university’s commitment to and leadership in sustainable design and practices.
HOW WILL IT ADVANCE THE SCHOOL’S MISSION? The facility’s design places student success at the very center, using a variety of places to study, meet, or just hang out that will encourage community. The hallmarks of the facility are light, openness, and flexibility. Many spaces have multiple uses, which encourages creativity, a key attribute for attorneys. This move advances
