PRESIDENT
TRIVERSITY CONSTRUCTION
ASK ME ABOUT My recent investment in TriVersity and our headquarters move to Walnut Hills.
TELL US ABOUT THE EXCITING CHANGES HAPPENING AT TRIVERSITY. De-
spite the tough times we’ve endured from the pandemic, the company has remained strategically focused. We’re continuing to grow our client base and our team, as well as expand our service offerings. HOW HAS YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY CHANGED RECENTLY? I’ve
joined the ownership group and am taking a broader view of and influence on the business. I’m also being more strategic about our opportunities and thinking more about the longterm growth of others and their future in the organization. WHAT LED TO YOUR INVESTMENT IN THE COMPANY?
My demonstrated commitment and passion to the organization’s vision, values, and continued success. I moved to Cincinnati almost a decade ago, and I think this investment is a testament to my goal of making this region my destination instead of another career stop. WHAT IS TRIVERSITY MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ABOUT ITS HEADQUARTERS MOVE TO WALNUT
HILLS? Having a cool and comfortable place we can all call our own that will create the opportunity for even better team and business collaboration. We’re excited to join a Cincinnati neighborhood that’s growing and thriving. We look forward to becoming good neighbors, business partners, and community partners. –ELIZABETH MILLER WOOD

ASK ME ABOUT
Fidelity’s dramatic hiring surge.
WHAT DROVE THE DECISION TO TRANSFORM THE FORMER LINDNER COLLEGE OF BUSINESS INTO THE NEW COLLEGE
OF LAW? Over the years, we’ve done our best to update our building to accommodate student needs, but we have exhausted all such options in our current space. Repurposing is consistent with the university’s commitment to and leadership in sustainable design and practices.
HOW WILL IT ADVANCE THE SCHOOL’S MISSION? The fa-
cility’s design places student success at the very center, using a variety of places to study, meet, or just hang out that will encourage community. The hallmarks of the facility are light, openness, and flexibility. Many spaces have multiple uses, which encourages creativity, a key attribute for attorneys. This move advances

WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATE OF THE COMPANY’S EXPANSION INITIATIVE? The
450 jobs we’re hiring for now are in addition to 700 new employees who joined in 2020. These new customer-facing roles will help people with some of the most important financial goals of their lives. For entry-level positions, we’re looking for recent college graduates and candidates who have customer service skills, including those with experience in the hospitality or retail industries, which were greatly affected by the pandemic. We’re also seeking licensed financial professionals.
HOW DOES THIS EXPANSION ADVANCE THE FIDELITY VISION?
Our expansion helps us increase the number of customer-facing employees to support not only unprecedented client growth and engagement, but also our associates who work hard every day to help our customers. It allows us to focus on finding a talented and diverse workforce to help meet our customers’ changing financial needs.
HOW WILL THIS EXPANSION IMPACT THE COVINGTON BUSINESS COMMUNITY?
Expanding our footprint allows Fidelity Investments to tap into the region’s talented and diverse workforce to source people who are seeking a job where they can truly make a difference and build a career. These jobs come with competitive and comprehensive benefit and salary packages that help employees thrive in and out of work. –E.M.W.
our mission by deepening our community ties—providing more opportunities for experiential learning—as well as offering faculty more platforms to connect their research to the pressing matters confronting Cincinnati, our region, and beyond.
WHAT ARE THE MOST ANTICIPATED
FEATURES? Visitors will enter a light-filled atrium with a grand staircase leading to a terrace, which I personally am anticipating! Our ceremonial courtroom is majestic, and it’s named for the Honorable Sandra Beckwith, one of our distinguished alums. We’ll also have huddle rooms with glass walls facing the atrium, enabling visitors to experience the dynamism and vibrancy of the College of Law.
