There are several reasons why this movie must be watched and one of the brighter reasons would be the guts to act this kind of roles that too with so much perfection. That’s worthy of praise! If not suitable to go with the whole family yet young couples would have a great time for sure!
Ekta Kapoor’s intention to sign Sunny Leone is justified. In the name of acting, this former porn-star has only oozed oomph factor. there are a few scenes which will leave you in sweat. It seems that director Bhushan Patel had not much to say throughout the shoot except saying ‘cut’ on time.
STORY
I
n this movie, Ragini has been sent to a mental asylum and her boyfriend Uday is missing. The incident garners attention of a filmmaker Rock played by Parvin Dabas who wants to make a film on this incident. He signs an actress named Sunny played by Sunny Leone to play the lead role of Ragini. In order to make the film more realistic, he decides to shoot the film in the haunted bungalow where the incident had taken place.

uring the time the shooting commences, spine chilling horrific incidents start taking place. These paranormal incidents leave the cast and crew shaken and surprised. Everyone wants to get rid of the place yet Rock’s passion and the consequences do not permit them to leave the haunted bungalow in precedence of finishing the shooting. ewakoofiyaan doesn’t have a major story to tell. Film works in a very thinner thread which used to exist from the beginning of time - a girl loves a boy who is not very qualified up to the standards expected from his father-in-law.

The couple comes to India to seek his grandmother’s blessings for their wedding. But Krishna lands in a problem with Jeethendra (Jagapathi Babu), when he heads to save people in trouble in his native. Jeethendra has a rivalry with Krishna’s brother Jai Dev (Balakrishna). The fight between the two forms the rest of the story.

Her chemistry works big time and gives life to her role. Other cast have done justice to their roles Santosh Narayan’s music stands out from all other departments. His songs are very soothing. Varma’s cinematography is apt and Velusamy’s editing is perfect.
STORY
T
he movie is the story of two blind people, who are united by love. Tamizh (Dinesh) and Kodi (Mavalika) found love not from eyes but from ears. The girl’s heartbeat increases when she hears the footsteps of the boy and brings smile on her face. They may be blinded but they can feel the love from their remaining four senses.

rvind Swamy played Jayam Ravi was brought up in an ashram run by Nassar. The atmosphere that he grew thought him high moral values, disciplines, dignity, devotion etc. But when he comes out of the place, his belief and learning will be questioned by the cancerous system. It unsettles him and make him fight against the immoral cultures of the society.
H
e decides to taken on corrupt bureaucrats and his friend Soori and journalist played by Gopinath joins him in his mission to fight against the corruption. They successfully expose 147 government officials including a court judge and an MP are also caught taking bribes. Now, all those corrupted officials team up to take on Arvind Swamy and his team. What happens next forms the interesting part of the story.
Nimirnthu Nil keeps you engaged in the first half. In the second half, it is not up to the expectations, as the director’s script goes out of the main track. The director tries to bring in many things into the story and it appears like the vigilante part goes for a toss. Jayam Ravi is energetic and it is exciting to see him maturing as an actor. His body language is good and he gets full marks for his role. Amala Paul is just his arm candy and she doesn’t have much to do in the film. Ragini Dwivedi is wasted. Sarath Kumar has performed well in his guest role, Gopinath does neat job.

spoiled girl who wishes to have an unmarried adventurous family life, fell in love with each other at a retreat center in Delhi, and later when their love life is threatened by Samkutty’s father Kunjutty (Joy Mathew), they had to flee from there. Rest of the story deals with the struggle of Joy and others to hide the lovers and help them to live together.
Music by Shaan Rehman is good. Two songs of the movie, ‘Innaleyolam’ and ‘Sharon Vaniyil’ are hummable. BGM of the movie is average. Cinematography by Pradeep Nair is no wonder, but has its charm of the beautiful locations of Kottayam.

Though Kanika Tiwari’s performance can be rated as an average in the emotional and sentiment scenes. Though Kiccha Sudeep is seen only for few minutes in the movie, his role as a police officer. Camera handled by Cine Tech Soori is the biggest feast for the audience.

Ravi Kumar should be appreciated for his amazing camera work Though Chandralekha is a remake movie, director Om Prakash Rao is successful in giving the native touch for the script.

“Usually make-up for a role in films last few hours and days. But since Naresh plays an extremely fat character, we had to use a lot of prosthetic make-up. He had to stay in it for so many hours in a day and he carried the look for almost 70 days,” Ravi Babu said. “He literally struggled to carry the weight of the make-up on his body. There were times he would fall off not being able to manage the weight. But he never had a problem doing the role. He was dedicated from day one and successfully completed the film,”
The film’s team roped in international make-up artists. “We brought in international prosthetic make-up artists. We wanted his look to be perfect, so we couldn’t afford to take chances. I think the efforts of our team paid off. The film has come out very well and Naresh’s look has also appealed to the audience,” he said. At the recent audio launch of the film, Naresh sported the film’s avatar. The film, which is slated for release soon, also features Bhumika Chawla, Poorna and Kota Srinivasa Rao in important roles.(IANS)

here are many women oriented films being made these days, and you are an integral part of this phase of Bollywood cinema. What do you have to say about this?
I
n the 80 and 90s, male oriented subjects dominated. Then came romantic films followed by South Indian movie remakes. So, the phase keep changing and is not permanent. Films like The Dirty Picture and Kahaani are being liked by the audience and I hope that Queen too gets similar response from the public so that making of such films never stop.

he film Queen revolves around a young girl. After essaying this role, what is the difference that has come about in you?
Q
ueen is the story of a girl and her inspirational journey. This can be the story of any simple common girl. We live in a society where everything is planned - marriage at 21, children at 25; in fact, even our life insurances are planned. So this can happen with anybody - boy or girl!

his character changed me a lot. Queen is the story about a girl who has absolutely no confidence in herself and doesn’t trust herself at all. I too belong to a society where girls are expected to behave in a particular way and are taught to think 10 times before making a decision. We therefore become very suppressed since childhood. Earlier, if I were to meet somebody like that, I would be astonished and would have wondered why she is like that. However, now, I have a better understanding of people who are like that.
Y
ou recently said that actresses are paid lesser than actors and are even given lesser importance as compared to their male counterparts. But you have always received accolades for your performance, why do you then still feel that this is a male dominated society?
I
am not speaking only for myself. I am talking about women as a whole, in general. This problem exists in every area of our life. If I do a film today, and get only 10 percent of it’s profit, then that’s not fair.
Y
our career graph has been full of ups and downs. How do you describe your career so far in words?
W
hat are your plans ahead? I never got stardom overnight. I was offered mostly negative roles after Gangster. I refused to do a film such as The Dirty Picture and instead chose to work with a debutant director in Tanu Weds Mannu. That was when I realised that I don’t want to a mere eye candy in films. Then I signed films like Queen, Revolver Rani. Apart from acting, I am interested in script writing as well. I aslo want to direct films at a point in my life. amal Haasan (born 7 November 1954) is an Indian film actor, screenwriter, director, producer, playback singer, choreographer and lyricist who works primarily in the Tamil film industry. Haasan has won several Indian film awards including four National Film Awards and 19 Filmfare Awards. With seven submissions, Kamal Haasan has starred in the highest number of films submitted by India for the Best Foreign Language Film Oscar. Haasan’s production company, Rajkamal International, has produced several of his films. Kamal Haasan received the Padma Shri in 1990 and the Padma Bhushan in 2014.

How did you get involved with acting? Was it something that you always wanted to do? My passion for films started during my childhood. I used to watch lot of films since then. My family, especially my mom has given me full support. How did you get to play the role in this film? Did you have to audition?
Adah Sharma has become Tollywood’s new heroine with her starring role in Puri Jagannadh’s latest movie ‘Heart Attack’.
I met Puri Jagannadh a year ago. He said that he watched my film 1920. And he also promised to give opportunity in his film. As promised he called me for the audition of this film and selected me. Were there many other girls auditioning for the role? Later I learnt through Nithin that 100 girls were auditioned before Puri garu selected me. What was it like sharing the screen space with Nithin? Nithin is a good co-star. I watched his films ‘Jayam’, ‘Ishq’ and ‘Gunde Jaari Gallantayyinde’. I liked his performance. He appears in a stylish look in this film. He has supported me a lot. Let’s talk about your character now? I played Hayathi, a Telugu girl that lives in Goa. A very innocent and serious character. She goes to Spain to meet Brahmanandam with regard to her friend’s marriage. Puri designed my character beautifully. I’m sure everyone will like it.

Did you enjoy reprising your role in this film? Oh Yeah! I had a great experience working for this film. My previous film ‘1920’ was a horror film. ‘Heart Attack’ is quite contrast to it. It’s a romantic love story with action and comedy elements. From your experience, how would you describe Puri Jagannadh? Puri Jagannadh is very cool and energetic on the sets. His films have good craze. Those who watch his films are aware of it. He is not only a good director, but a good producer too. He ensures that everything is perfect during shootings. I’m thankful to him for believing me and giving opportunity to be part of this film. You have worked in Bollywood and Tollywood? How different are the two? Not really much! In Bollywood they speak Hindi and in Tollywood they speak Telugu. (Smiles) In my observation here, I found not a single lady assistant on the sets. Have you watched Puri Jagannadh’s films before signing this film? Yeah! I’ve watched almost all his movies. I personally liked the film ‘Amma Nanna O Tamil Ammayi’. As I told you before, it’s a serious role. Best song you liked in this film? All songs are good. I personally like ‘Selavanuko......’. Anoop Rubens rendered wonderful music. Tell us about the comedy in this film. There is a comedy track between Brahmanandam garu and Aali garu. I too have good comedy scenes with Brahmanandam garu. I’m sure everyone will enjoy it.

“I am a bad investor and over the years I have realised that banks are the best bet. Now my wife handles my money.”
A: It is simple, because lots and lots of people like me. The love and liking that people have for me has bowled me over and I am simply overwhelmed. Q: Are you happy with your achievements? A: These days, what I achieved in 25 years can be achieved in a year’s time, so I don’t think I have done anything great. Q: What is the reason behind your success? A: Hard work and only hard work has paid off for me. Being a very small industry, hard work is a must. It has worked wonders for me most of the time. Q: How emotional are you? A: I am very emotional and I get really upset when any of my films flop. I also get hurt over silly things. That is the way I am, I can’t help it. Q: How is your latest release “Bhargavacharitham Moonnam Khandam” doing?
