Overview This stop on the tour represents a unique opportunity to meet one of Jackson’s favorite local artists and to see the home, studio and environment that inspires her art. For forty-five years Laurie Thal has loved working with molten glass, fusing colorful sheets of glass and casting liquid glass. Everyday brings a new creative challenge, a new avenue of expression, a new opportunity to bring beauty and joy into the lives of others. From the very beginning, Laurie was drawn to the spontaneity, the heat, the passion and focus of blowing glass. Her art reflects the peace and harmony of the Teton Mountain range. Enjoy this rare glimpse into a unique valley life richened by place.
