Advanced Engineering Centre (AEC) at Parkway

AEC is a purpose-built engineering centre with state-of-the-art facilities including workshops, laboratories, computer aided simulation rigs and testing/diagnostic equipment.

An investment of £4 million provided an extra 1,200 m2 of new accommodation, enabling students to work with the latest engineering equipment within superb industry standard facilities. There are a wide range of engineering subjects, specialisms and skills at AEC.

Avionics laboratory

CAD centre

Electronics laboratory

Engineering workshop

Hand skills workshops

Hydraulics laboratory Jet engine rooms

Machine workshop

Maintenance workshop

Pneumatics laboratory
