We appreciate you, Karen Goodman in Records Karen is a positive, hard-working, determined member of our team. She appropriately juggles multiple tasks in an efficient manner and expertly manages the duties of her job always utilizing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Karen’s customer service both internally and externally is nothing short of outstanding. She not only fields information for her records liaison but guides, educates and empowers them as well. She helps out in any capacity she is needed in, well beyond her scope of duties and is always eager to learn new jobs. I am eternally grateful for the time and effort that Ms. Schneider took to come and present to my students. Her presentation certainly elevated their educational experience in the course. Further, Ms. Schneider’s actions and work reflect quite positively on the City of Burleson and its police department. All law enforcement agencies should be so lucky as to have an analyst as talented as Ms. Schneider. - Dr. Jon Maskaly, Assistant Professor Criminology Program The University of Texas at Dallas
