The Carrollton Public Library (CPL) offers free Library cards and resources to residents of Carrollton. The CPL mission is to provide balanced, trustworthy, independent learning, and recreational opportunities dedicated to sustaining a high quality of life for the community.

About the Library

CPL is overdue fee free. CPL does not charge overdue fees for items returned late. If an item checked out on a card is overdue, that account is blocked until it has been returned. Once all overdue items are returned, Library services are restored. Items that are long past due,

never returned, or damaged will be subject to replacement costs. Loan Periods

Hotspots 1 week* eBooks 2 weeks Books, DVDs, and all 3 weeks other items Eligible items may be renewed up to three times via your online account, inperson, or by phone. *Hotspots are not eligible for renewal.
