Ball Hockey (4 – 5 yrs) at Smiling Creek Activity Centre
Give your child an early start playing floor hockey learning skills through FUNdamental movements and inclusive play.
Basketball (3 yrs)
Focusing on FUNdamental movement skills required for life-long sport participation, the goal is to give children the opportunity to enjoy sport and develop selfconfidence. This is a gradual independent participation program. The aim is for your child to participate by themselves by the end of the program. Feel free to lend them a hand for the first few classes if they need it! at Centennial Activity Centre
Jump, Tuck and Roll! (3 yrs) at Maillardville Community Centre (1200 Cartier Ave)
This class is designed to introduce your child to the basics of tumbling and the FUNdamental movements that are the building blocks of gymnastics!

Bringing your own lacrosse stick is recommended, however limited sticks are available upon request. Soft lacrosse balls will be used for this program. Receive a solid introduction to a variety of ball sports using the FUNdamental movement skills throwing, catching, kicking and striking as a base.
Preschool Yoga (4 – 6 yrs) at City Centre Aquatic Complex
An introduction to yoga through specialized movement and play! Balance, breathing, dance, stretching and fun with friends. Age appropriate movements to foster enjoyment of yoga practice.
